Tastefully decorated in calming natural hues, this delightful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury condo includes 2 King suites, a 2 double bedroom and a sleeper sofa with an upgraded Tempur-pedic mattress, comfortably accommodating up to 8 people. Enjoy an open floor plan that’s perfect for being “together” without being crowded, and an updated and fully equipped kitchen.

The Silver Shells Property has a beautifully manicured tropical landscape, an extra large lagoon style pool and easy beach access. Plus, it is located within walking distance of some delicious restaurants, one being the famous Back Porch featuring fresh seafood right on the beach. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Perfect Destin location. Don't miss the SandBar!

This condo is perfect for our family traveling with teen girls. The beds are comfy, sofa and living room furniture provide comfortable seating, and the kitchen is well appointed. The beach view from this unit is fabulous. The private elevator provides quick transport between the beach and your home away from home in Destin. Don't miss the beachside SandBar for the absolute best snacks and cocktails. The staff is friendly and offer a great concierge service. The Spa at Silver Shells provides excellent massage service. Ask for Tina and Larry!

this was the worst vacation my family has ever experienced, The place was poorly run down and very dirty ,it was way too expensive for not being up kept, The property management is HORRIBLE DO NOT EVER EVER EVER rent with Newman daily, they had lots information wrong and they are very hard to communicate with,They do not listen , never again, I would say save your money it is not worth the price at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and the property management is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! unless this unit was completely redone , don't go, it is so gross

We were surprised and disappointed by your review. The condo is well-maintained and consistently cleaned to a high standard. Unfortunately, the condition in which you left it was unacceptable, and our housekeepers provided photo evidence. Due to the violations of our rental agreement, you will receive a bill for the required deep cleaning. We accommodated your group despite a party being held in violation of property rules and a citation for underage drinking, by the Sherrif's Department — an offense that could have resulted in eviction, but we gave you a second chance. Rates vary by season, and July pricing reflects the value of a Gulf-front condo during a holiday week. We will be reporting your behavior and the condition of the property to VRBO.

Beautiful condo and view, could have been cleaner

We checked in after hours and found it to be time consuming. There was a kernel of popcorn and wadded up paper under the couch. The bathroom door wasn't clean. Otherwise, the place was very clean.

Newman-Dailey - dissatisfied

I will never book through Newman-Dailey property management group again. Terrible customer service in that they seemed bothered with normal check-in questions. We asked if we could use the amenities (swimming pool) until our unit was ready and we were told a curt “no”. Another group we traveled with was allowed to use the amenities until their room was ready… they of course used a more reputable management group. The dish washer was broken and we had roaches in our unit and when we reported the insect issue, nothing was done about it. We have been coming to Silver Shells for many years - this was the worse experience we have ever had.
