The pool, hot tub, games room, pizza oven all made for a very happy stay. Our 2 families lived it. Communication was very easy and prompt with the letting agents. Some items like the oven and bbq needed a deep clean, but overall the house was clean.
The spaces for our family group of 6 adults and 3 young children at Cape Patterson were great. We all enjoyed the warm pool, spa, games room and seperate indoor areas. We will book again !!

We had a ball. House is so well equipped with pool, spa, wood fire pizza oven and the activities in the garage. It was quite warm on our first night and there is only aircon in one room which was a small downside. Otherwise a fantastic place to stay! We will definitely be back.

The property is designed to have two or three families and could entertain you for a week.
The swimming pool and spa were a bounce.
The game room got the kids busy for hours, and this is what you want from a holiday.
The kitchen was fully equipped, and you did not need to think about anything.
The barbeque was working and clean. Overall, all inside was clean.
The only downside was the carpet in the first bedroom was smelly and spa water was murky

What an amazing resort style house. For a big adult family gathering it was perfect. The separate living rooms provided good areas for different activities. The outside area is just amazing. Built for quality dinners BBQ and just sitting talking. Everyone loved the place. If you’re looking for a place even for multiple families this place is perfect.
The realestate managers Alex Scott were amazing to deal with. A big thank you to Mitch who helps when needed.

Winter weekend away
House has great amenities however we were told to go into Inverloch to collect the keys before check in. When we arrived at the agent in Inverloch we were informed the keys were in a lock box on the property and we could have gone straight to the property. When we arrived the heating was not working we had to have the property manager out to get two oil heaters from the shed to warm the bedrooms as it could not be fixed without specialised plumbers that the owner did not give consent to come and fix at the time. Had to rewash a lot of the dishes and cutlery as they had been put away dirty and there were a lot of stains on the soft furnishings. The floors were quite dirty also and when we dropped something behind the couch we found that no cleaning appeared to have been done behind furniture for a very long time.The master bedroom had a terrible odour that we could not find the source of resulting in the windows having to be left open as much as possible which was difficult without the ducted heating as advertised.
