Property was immaculate, very well stocked with necessary kitchenware, bed extremely comfortable, pool is heated to a great temperature and location is very quiet. Beach is 2 blocks away, grocery store 1 block away, public buses 3 blocks away. Hosts r extremely helpful and are a fountain of knowledge regarding sights and restaurant recommendations. Great place to stay with lovely Mexican charm and a community feel.

Wonderful stay. Location is perfect snuggled in between the larger surrounding complexes. Unit is ground level with the pool as your backyard. Beach access right across the street and down a block. The unit has everything you need. Big comfy bed. Large TV with lots of Canadian channels. Was able to watch all my fav shows. Suzanne was a perfect host. Checked on me daily when the threat of hurricane Simon was coming. I will be returning soon

This is a gem of a place! This is my second time at the resort, first time in this unit. I came by myself this time to have dental work done and it feels like a home away from home. I felt safe and love being able to walk right out to the pool from the lanai - not having to reserve a spot. If you’re looking for a big crazy hotel with bars and restaurants on site - this isn’t your place. If you want more privacy and “life style” this is a great spot. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars if you’re in the mood. This is a 10/10 for me.

Nice Unique Place

The condo is special unlike the towers of condos surrounding. The place served us well. We especially liked the patio for our morning coffee. We felt safe and secure and enjoyed the neighborhood.

Spent a restful week at this ideally-located condo with shopping and restaurants nearby. Taxi stand across the street for easy access to all parts of town. Nice pool steps away for cooling off.

Oasis in the city

We loved our 2 week stay at this cute place we have named our “Little Hacienda”. Truly an oasis in the middle of the city and easy easy access to the beach, restaurants, taxis and buses. Suzanne is an excellent host and very communicative. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect getaway!

Walking into the courtyard is like stepping away from any chaos outside into a little oasis. The unit was clean and well equipped, and the hosts were very responsove with any of our needs. The nearby beach is a 2 minute walk away and the chairs/umbrella ready to go make it even easier to enjoy. It was the perfect getwatay spot for us and we were very happy for our experience.

Great little spot!

This is a really cute , well-maintained condo in a lovely complex with beautiful gardens in a nice pool! The owner, SUZANNE was great about communication and provided lots of information about the area as well as about the condo itself. Close to a nice small beach, local restaurants, and also easy access to activities downtown and the Malecon. We would definitely recommend it and will surely come back ourselves!

A home away from home, my happy place

What more could you ask for? Heated pool, charming, clean, spacious condo with great modern renovations, grocery store around the corner, beach 1-2 blocks away, public transportation 2 blocks away. Hosts are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about PV. It feels like a community because you get to know the many repeat renters.

Perfect location.

We really enjoyed everything about this condo. It is very well maintained , great heated pool and everything we needed for a long term stay. Just a very short walk to the beach , the grocery store , restaurants, hospital and medical centre. . We also liked that we were close to downtown PV about a fifteen minute bus ride or a five minute bus ride to the marina area with all the great restaurants and shops . Our hosts were very helpful .

A hidden gem in PV

Overall, our holiday was excellent, but it wasn’t long enough. We spent 14 days but we could have stayed another 14, as we were very pleased with all aspects. The host was very attentive to our questions and needs, making it an extremely comfortable, and enjoyable holiday. The location is excellent and quiet, with the beach, stores and transportation all within easy walking distance. We hope that we can return soon.

The condo itself is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beautifully decorated in Mexican charm. Comfortable furniture and bed. The property itself is set among tropical plants and has some privacy around the patio. Grounds and heated pool are very well maintained. Exceptional contact with property owner.

This property was an ideal oasis among the sterile high rises of the area. With the buildings are surrounded by the local tropical vegetation and along with Spanish style architecture, you knew you were in Mexico. The condo was extremely clean. It came supplied wth eveything you would need for your stay. And thankfully, the bed was extremely comfortable! We would cetainly give our host a 5 star rating. Our questions or problems were responed to very quickly. A big thank.

Holiday oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Puerto Vallarta. The property was clean and very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Well equipped kitchen, huge bed and the swimming pool right outside the door. Suzanne was a fabulous host and kept in touch throughout the stay. Her information book covered everything you could possibly need to know about the apartment and local area. I highly recommend staying here. We certainly will be back.

Senior guest

Wonderful property and very helpful staff. I do, however, find it difficult to see how it “sleeps 4 people.” Perhaps 2 adults in the king size and 2 children on the sofas in the living room area, But not 4 adults. Communications with Suzanne, the host, were timely, accurate, helpful and very responsive.

Hi Robert , it was our pleasure receiving you as our guest and we are happy to hear you had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the apartment and the amenities . I am sorry if you did not fully read the description of the property , and if in someway this impacted the 2 adults in the reservation . It is clearly explained in the property description , that the apartment is best suited for a couple as there is only one king bed . I mention in the description, that there is a sofa ,which is not a sofa bed and that this sofa is adequate for a small child . We also have an airbed that is available for a child . We permit a total of 4 guests , 2 adults , 2 children .
