One of only eleven exclusive furnished boathouses, "The Sanderling" is designed for romantic escapes or as your perfect base for authentic Lowcountry adventures. It features a convenient kitchenette with a Keurig-style coffee maker, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, stand-alone ice maker, and a mini-fridge. Relax in the inviting king bed and enjoy the walk-in shower with a tub. Your private outdoor porch offers a perfect vantage point for breathtaking coastal views. An outdoor shower is available in the garage, though an in-unit washer/dryer is not provided. (Kindly note, this 2nd-floor property is accessed via 16 steps.)

-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
