Penthouse located in front of the marina in Puerto Aventuras (gated community). This place is located at walking distance from Puerto Aventuras little downtown and the dolphin center. Chartered boats (fishing, cruise) are leaving next door. Beach club is accessible within 5 minutes by foot. Lot of Cenote to visit around Puerto Aventuras. Private parking spot available in front of the garage. 15 minutes from Playa del Carmen and 25 minutes from Tulum. No better location for a fishing trip!
Manager on site helping with check in/ check out if required. For extra cost, he can provide a ride from/ to the airport, golf cart rental, chef cooking for you at home, etc...

Great place and stay

Very nice building. Grounds in excellent shape. Inside very modern. Great location to restaurants and marina. Everything is in easy short walking distance. Host/owner communication is excellent. Very good rates. Will definitely stay there again.

Great stay!

It’s even better than the pictures! Puerto Aventuras is very walkable and the restaurants there are great. Jody was a great host and his place was very well stocked with anything you might need. We all loved it!

Great spot

Place was great, even bigger than expected. Very well stocked. Easy to communicate with host and/or property manager. Good location on the marina, quiet complex. Would stay again.

Incredible…hated to leave

Property is as lovely as advertised. Safe community, Puerto Aventuras is a lovely laid back community. The furnishings were very comfortable. Jody was very easy to work with and the property manager Richard was very accommodating and took great care of us while there.

Los Vientos

Wonderful condo! I stayed in the condo next door about 9 years ago and remembered how much I like the design. Very open and spacious with large bedrooms. Appliances and décor are newer and everything was functioning perfectly. Pool was super clean. Internet was fast. Condo is a short walk from the dolphin harbor and taxi stand.
