A “Ski-in/Ski-out” two bedroom loft, Spruce Lodge 396 is a perfect mountain getaway that is approximately 1300sq/ft. Ski from the complex directly to the American Eagle Chondola lift smack dab in the middle of the Center Village. There is a bedroom and a bathroom on each level, the downstairs bedroom has two queen beds, a private balcony and walk in closet. The expansive upstairs bedroom has one king, a breakfast table and two comfortable chairs. Next to the upstairs bedroom, the loft features two more queen beds, finally you will find a queen sofabed in the living room bringing the total number of people you can sleep to twelve. The living room and dining room flow together so your whole group can hang out together talking or watching TV. Stay connected with the Free Wireless Internet. Spruce Lodge offers underground parking and Community Laundry Facilities for your convenience. The tremendous Slope Side location right in the heart of the Center Village puts you on Burning Stone Plaza where you can enjoy the many shops, restaurants and entertainments Copper Mountain has to offer. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit BCA-78515 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Location is fantastic! The property itself is showing its age. Mattresses were very old and uncomfortable, some furniture was broken, the TV didn’t work at all and the suggestion to call the service provider is laughable – it’s a phone tree and I would have needed to know the account number. Kitchen has essentials, but no extras although the appliances are updated and very nice.

Great Copper getaway!

Cute, spacious condo right in the heart of the Copper Mountain Village. It had everything we needed including the location to have some mountain fun with family! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with 12 adults ages 18-51 years old, everyone was comfortable and had their space! Thank you for some great family memories!

Location, Location, Location

We are regulars at Copper Mountain and we always stay in Center Village. The ability to go "Green" or "Blue" just a few steps from your Condo is a must for our group. Many places say ski in/out, but this one truly is. We took off our skis only a few feet from the entrance to the Condo.The kitchen and bathrooms were adequate, and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. The lighting was a bit suspect (we play a lot of games and do puzzles) as most of the property is lit with lamps.We will earmark this one for a future stay.

A Solid Option

Perfect location - Right next to a rental pickup spot, and right next to American Eagle/Flyer.Check-in was easy. However, they only provided us with 4 keys to get into the condo. We reached out a couple days before to ask for 9 keys (1 per person) and they said they would do it, but we still only got the 4 keys, so we had to ration the keys and coordinate who would bring keys with them when they left the condo and ask for people to let us in if we didn’t have a key.Check-out was easy. Pretty much just leave the keys in the condo and you’re good. (Trash/dishwasher was optional.) It seemed comparable to expectations for check-out when leaving a hotel (which means not much work!)There were 2 parking spots provided (1 in the garage, 1 outside), but since we had a 3rd car, we had to park that one in the alpine lot 5 minutes east.There was a locker in the garage that could fit 3 sets of skis (though not with 3 sets of ski boots). 3 keys were provided for the one locker.The kitchen tools available were adequate for a few meals. Some of us noted there was a coffee pot missing (I think there were 2 coffee makers, and the larger one was missing a pot). There were no oven mitts for taking stuff out of the oven, so we had to use the kitchen towels instead, which was fine. There was just one measuring cup (with markers for ¼, ½, ¾, 1 cup).Going into it, we weren’t sure if there was a hot tub. There is not. It was shut down.

Lots of space, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, location is excellent. Parking, ski lockers, quiet building, laundry. Easy to book, easy check in/check out. Rental office staff super helpful and friendly. Easy walk to Eagle BBQ & Ten Mile Tavern. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

It was a bit loud, as you could hear people in the halls and slamming doors, but not enough to keep me from staying there again. The dishwasher didn't work, but again, not a biggie.The place was very spacious and exactly what we wanted. The best part was the storage lockers in the parking garage, closeness to the lift. And, the ability to ski back right to the back door! Also close to rentals, restaurants, etc. :-)
