Beautiful Lakefront Cottage with Hot Tub

Lake front Cottage, snuggled by Lake Couchiching. You can spend your days on the dock and your nights sitting on our large upper deck or hot tub watching the lake. This two storey 2,600 square foot cottage with 165 feet of private waterfront offers spectacular sunrise views.

LCBO is a 3 minute drive

We have a Hot Tub which is perfect for the fall and winter nights. BBQ equipped with propane, 2 kayaks, a paddle board and pedal boat. We have a private dock with Muskoka chairs, oversized backyard with a fire pit, perfect for the fall nights. Kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, cups, and cutlery. And unlimited towels as well as your own linen.

Game room includes: pool/snooker table, ping pong table, foosball table, basketball arcade, board games, and toys for children.

Driveway will fit 4 cars depending on size of vehicles. Carpool lot 3 minutes away is also available.

Winter Wonderland

Stayed here over the holidays with family. 4-5 feet of snow hit and we loved the snowed in nature of the place. Hosts were awesome, even ensuring a generator before the storm hit so that if power went out - we'd be covered. Place was great and representative of all the pics. Would love to go back in the summer. Saw many otters popping their heads up through the almost frozen lake was great and so close to washago for little trips to the store/lcbo etc.

Very nice property, right on the river, beautiful, natural views. Kitchen and living space is really nice. The home is 2 mins away from Washago, a small town and is located right on the Severn River, just down from the mouth of Lake Couchiching. Home is in good shape. The upper loft is warm, so a fan/AC would be great, but not awful. Stayed for 5 weeks. Had a few minor maintenance needs and Tatjana was very willing to accommodate. She also proactively had landscapers out weekly, which was welcomed. The kayaks/paddleboats were great and the water was crystal clear. We had turtles, frogs, fish, minks all swimming in our little area. Tatjana was a great host...very helpful and super responsive.

Beautiful, well-equipped property!

Tatjana's property was just perfect for our getaway. Our group of 10 had more than enough space to socialize both outside and inside, and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. We loved the hot tub, games room, and fire pit. I would absolutely recommend Tatjana's property for any group looking for a low-key weekend away!
