Luxurious, newly built 2400 SF. Cottage with spectacular views from any place inside the property. Exquisitely designed and decorated. Located on the Severn River at the mouth of Sparrow Lake. Just 5 minute walk to the Lauderdale Point Marina, rent a boat for the day, enjoy it, park and secure it just in front of your cottage in our large floating dock or take your paddle board to ride and relax with the scenic view of the river shores; forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

WE HAVE:
- Two kayaks on the property that we rent. They have an extra cost and a signed waiver is required.
- Wood-fired pizza oven that we rent for an extra charge. Not only does it cook the pizza quickly. It also helps the ingredients retain their freshness and flavor. Try it!
