Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Open concept floor plan and large living room and kitchen. 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms with tubs. Each room can sleep up to 2 adult. Total 6 people can sleep. Lovely and cozy Home In Prestigious South Richvale with fully fenced backyard.
Beautiful front porch has 2 car garage and long driveway can park up to 6 cars on driveway.
This listing is only main floor of the house.
Guests can access the backyard.
property has a outdoor Hot tub/Jacuzzi and sauna in the backyard But they are NOT included in this listing. If you would like to have the Jacuzzi and or Outdoor Sauna, please inform your host before booking in advance to confirm availability. (Extra fee is required)
The property can also be rented as 4 and 5 bedrooms sleep up to 11 (there is a lower level 1 bedroom unit w/separate entrance, 3 pc bathroom, kitchenette & separate living with TV - 2 queen beds & 1 sofa-bed)
The lower level unit may be rented separately to other guests. Or the owner may be staying (completely separate door and entrance from back of building to lower level)

The neighborhood was beautiful and had some really nice houses. Many people would go on walks in the evenings. Great central location to drive to Vaughn or Toronto or many other areas quickly and easily.

In the shadow of giants

This is a very cute bungalow in a very nice neighborhood. The neighborhood is definitely in prestigious status. Maddie is a wonderful host with excellent communication. The house is as described, clean and comfortable. The fenced yard is a huge bonus for my dogs.

We enjoyed our stay and Maddie was great communicating with me. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It is in a nice location and easy to get to Toronto. The only negative was that it was a little awkward when whoever lives downstairs comes and gos and they have to walk right outside of the back windows. But overall a good rental!

What a great place to stay with my blended family. Impeccably clean and it looks exactly like the photos. It was absolute treat to spend a few nights here for our Wonderland vacation as it is a short fifteen minute drive to the park. Everything else we needed, we found within a very short drive. We were four colleagues attending a conference at York University and found this location offered a room for everyone at a more advantageous price than staying at a hotel. Family vacation to Toronto

This home is beautiful and spacious! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near playgrounds, restaurants, and shopping areas. With no traffic, we were able to drive to Toronto within 30 minutes. However, during peak hours, traffic can cause your commute to Toronto to be closer to an hour. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this property and exploring Toronto!

I highly recommend this VRBO renter. He was always available to answer questions and to provide any thing that we required. The house was perfect for our vacation and in a beautiful neighborhood. There was significant construction going on in the neighbourhood, but that is because it’s a very nice neighbourhood with lots of development. I would highly recommend.

The one of the reasons for a 3 and 4 star review, my friends had a 4 night stay and were not aware that there was a basement appt. with someone going in and out.
