Welcome to your home away from home in this beautiful and spacious light filled self-contained suite. Take in the leafy outlook with flowing sea breeze and ocean glimpses from your sunny patio. Relax and unwind with a luxurious soak in the outdoor hot tub. Recently renovated lower level of two story home in central Allambie Heights. Located just 7 minutes drive to Manly Beach.

This sunny spacious suite is the lower level of a two story home, set up high in the hills of Allambie Heights. Guests have a separate access pathway down the side of the house and their own private garden level entry to the home. The space has high ceilings and been recently updated with beautiful polished tallowwood timber floorboards, and also freshly carpeted and painted.

The large bedroom has a brand new ultra comfortable king size bed with new linen sheets. There are built-in wardrobes to store luggage and clothes. The bedroom has high ceilings and large ceiling sliding doors with access to your private sun filled patio, and ceiling fan to keep you cool in summer.

The large modern bathroom has a huge, deep bath, electric bidet toilet with warm toilet seat (for during the cooler months) and Rinnai gas hot water system.

A homely full gas kitchen has a large fridge, oven, toaster grill, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as an attached full internal laundry with modern clothes washing machine, dryer and tub.

The spacious combined living and dining area has a four seater glass dining table set and comfy L shaped leather lounge. A split system airconditioner will keep you cool during warmer months. HDTV has Apple TV, Netflix and YouTube, all able to be streamed perfectly with high speed NBN internet.

Your sunny private patio has a lovely leafy district outlook with flowing sea breeze and distant ocean glimpses to the horizon. Relax and unwind with a luxurious soak in the large outdoor hot tub for exclusive guest enjoyment. A peaceful garden hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, the patio is fully covered and has a 6 seater outdoor dining set to enjoy breakfast in the sun or a beautiful dinner in the sunset light.

Lovely Stay

We stayed for nearly two weeks in this self contained appartment and it was a delightful break. The owners are charming and welcoming and all queries or requests were dealt with very efficiently by Erina, I would highly recommend staying here.

The space is perfect for a business traveller, with the washing machine, dryer and seperate kitchen, dining and bedroom it feels like home away from home.

Why they chose this property

We your hosts occupy the upper floor of the two story home, we are a quiet older couple. Whilst we will take every care to be considerate and mindful of our presence, we want our guests to be comfortable and happy so please be aware of our full disclosure that you will occasionally hear our and our dog's footsteps from the guest floor below.

In our home lives our retired Greyhound who is a couch potato and very calm, gentle and friendly. She spends most of her time sleeping (with us upstairs) but will occasionally roam around the shared garden.

If you have any specific concerns relating to your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out prior to booking to discuss anything at all, we are always happy to provide more details.
