Beautiful beachfront apartment, ground floor and well located. Parking for 1 standard car or 4 standard-sized motorcycles. Incredible. We accept small pets. Individual cost of 125 reais per animal. Wi-Fi compatible for videos, online chats, Smart TV and Netflix. Air conditioning and bedrooms with fans. Kitchen with essential utensils, microwave, air fryer, refrigerator, 5-burner stove with oven and washing machine. Games room with ping pong and foosball. Entertainment with kiosks, bike paths, leisure and in general (restaurants, bakery, snack bars, supermarket, ice cream parlour and shops). 3.3km from the city centre. Guests should bring bed linen, towels and personal hygiene items.
