As far as Melbourne locations go, this is hard to beat. There are plenty of CBD apartments, but few are so close to the real heart of town, as well as the Queen Victoria Market, RMIT and Carlton Gardens. From here you can even walk to the hipster foodie paradise of the inner north. You'll adore the place, with its sleek fit-out and contemporary furniture. That's without even mentioning the spa, gymnasium, sauna and entertainment room. It's almost too much. Well, not really.

A stunning nook above the busy city below, this apartment is utterly contemporary but retains a homely warmth thanks to splashes of timber and leather. There's lots of natural light, a stunning view and of course those hotel-style extras.

The Neighborhood:
Melbourne's CBD really packs it in: some of Australia's best bars and restaurants, museums, world-class shopping, parks and, of course, coffee. Those famous laneways probably have something to do with it. The suits are out on patrol during the week, but Saturday and Sunday bring a more relaxed vibe, with locals and visitors alike taking in the sights of Australia's cultural capital.
Getting Around:
Walk anywhere in the CBD, or hop on a tram for free.
