Bren was extremely responsive and kind. There was a bottle of wine, a huge plate of chocolate chip cookies and a cheeseboard for us when we arrived! Any issues we had were addressed promptly. Great house for a group. Not the greatest for couples as there are really only two rooms for couples but great for a large family or extended family

Before arrival to the house the house was proactive in communication. They reached out and let us know they would make sure anything we needed while we were they would try and have at the property before we arrived. They left out cookies for us on the counter which was a wonderful welcoming gift. The house was gorgeous. If you can't tell from the pictures, it's absolutely amazing. Everything about this place was top tier. If you're looking for a play in the WF area, I highly suggest this place. Thank you for a wonderful stay and thank you for being a host who goes above and beyond. I will gladly stay here again if I'm ever back in the area. Book this house!!!!

I booked this property for a long weekend to visit my daughter for Family Weekend at the local college and we all had a wonderful time! Bren was our host and she was the best! Super nice, welcoming, and very responsive to any needs we had. The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed from toiletries to kitchen supplies. And of course everyone loved the amazing hot tub and massive game room. It was so fun to have everyone together to grill, watch football, and hangout on the patio and in the hot tub for the weekend. We'll be back for sure!

We spent our family Thanksgiving here and had a pleasant happy stay. Bren & Barb handled everything professionally and quickly! The house was beautiful. The property was very peaceful. It had everything we needed and the owner was very nice and helpful. We booked this to pick up my son from the AFB which is about 20 minutes away. The location was perfect and we all had a wonderful weekend! I highly recommend this house!

Two families stayed on this property with pre-teens, teens, and adults. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, was well stocked, spacious and SUPER clean. The atrium area and hot tub was spectacular and kept the kids entertained. Bren was super accommodating. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. Bren is such a great host, We told her we were celebrating my sons 13 birthday and she had a cake and balloons when we arrived. she even helped the kids blow up pool toys. The hot tub is huge and we all fit in it at the same time. The area is so quiet and peaceful .We will definitely go back.

Amazing Experience

We've never felt so at home so far from home. Amazing experience overall and perfect space to host our family for a very special gathering. With having 9 kids under one roof it was so nice to have a pool, pool table, spa whirlpool, Foosbal....just an amazing set up for keep everyone busy and having fun! Genuinely the Best Host I’ve Ever Had

I’ve been traveling for work for a couple years now and pretty much live in short term rentals and Bren was genuinely the best host I’ve ever had. This property is amazing and so unique, we enjoyed all the amenities and Bren was so helpful and responsive. She made us a charcuterie board and cookies that we asked her to bake multiple times cause they were so good. She took care of us and accommodated all of our needs. I will be going out of my way to make sure I stay here again. Thank you Bren!

Beautiful lake house

The owners of the home went above and beyond to make our stay at this lakehouse very welcoming, enjoyable, entertaining and pleasant. The home had 2 pools we enjoyed indoor and outdoor. Kitchens were fully stocked with all the essentials that we needed. The home was gorgeous, clean and spacious. We loved it so mush we will definitely revisit at our next family getaway. Thanks Bren.

The Best Lakehouse Stay Ever!

We arrived late at night after a long drive. They had the hot tub ready to go! We walked into the house to find wine & glasses on the counter along with fresh baked cookies and a charcuterie board waiting in the refrigerator. Everything was great and the owners quickly replied to any questions. There was something for everyone to do and they’re looking for more to add. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely the best Lakehouse Stay Ever!

Both the property and the host, Bren, were AMAZING!! Home has everything you'll need and then the atrium was over-the-top, from the incredibly large hot tub to the pool table (and we didn't even use the sauna and other game tables). The new outdoor pool looked amazing even though it was too cold to use in December. Bren was an incredible host during our stay even going above and beyond to help celebrate a birthday. Cannot recommend this place enough. You won't be disappointed!

Exceeded Expectations

Pictures do not do this place justice. Beautiful place. The host was amazing to work with and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The atrium was an amazing place to relax and hang out. The atrium had an in ground hot tub that will easily seat 10 people. It also has a pool table, a foosball table, a sauna, multiple high top tables and 3 doors that open to the back yard. When the lake level is back to normal, the lake will come right us to the back yard and make for a perfect place to relax, fish or just enjoy the surroundings. We will definitely stay here again when in the Wichita Falls area!
