Luxury in the mountains

Our family was thrilled to stay a week in this property and felt right at home! Check ij was a breeze and we settled right in. The linens were very nice, and the home sparkling clean. We enjoyed a well stocked kitchen and the amenities of the property. We enjoyed the hiking and the kids appreciated the downstairs hang out room! Thanks for a fabulous stay in the mountains!

This home has it all....comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, outdoor kitchen, a large screened in porch with a beautiful view, and plenty of fun/games in the basement. Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful cabin with everything you need. Kitchen is well-stocked, we cooked every evening at the cabin. It's a peaceful and quiet community, but close enough to Cashiers and Sapphire that you can get to all of the shopping and restaurants and nearby hiking you want to easily. Property management is not responsive through app, just make sure you contact through phone, using the number provided. We had a wonderful vacation staying here.

Christmas in the mountains

My family stayed for a few days over Christmas and couldn’t have asked for a better trip. The house was immaculate and fully equipped with everything we needed. The house is in a great community and just a short distance to Highlands and downtown Cashiers. The best part is we were able to bring our dogs and they didn’t have to get left at home! Highly recommend

Loved our stay at this beautiful home. Very well appointed, had everything we needed. The community that this home is in is amazing! We played mini golf, hit some balls at the driving range and even did some swinging at the park. We will definitely be back to stay at this home but will try late Spring or early Fall next time so we can really enjoy all the amenities the home has to offer as well as the community. The porch and fireplace was so relaxing and the view was spectacular. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.

We enjoyed our stay in this well designed and appointed home. Great options to unwind with porch, theater room and neighborhood amenities. Wonderful design with guest rooms on three levels. Just two small pieces of feedback… the porch fireplace was blowing smoke out. Not sure of issue but likely ongoing given black soot on outside of fireplace. Would be nice if master had a television. Thank you for a great stay!

Loved the screened porch with fireplace!

We enjoyed the cottage very much. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We did cook most of our dinners at home. Beds are very comfortable! We had 4 teens and 2 older adults (grandparents.) The only issue we had was not enough seating in the living area for all of us to watch a movie together. We ended up eating dinner on the screened porch because the table sat 6 of us and there is not a dining table inside. Enjoyed the porch with the wonderful fireplace every day since it was still cool when we were there. We appreciated the bottle of wine and snacks upon arrival! House was very clean!

Beautiful mountain home in great community!

Beautiful new build in the Chinquapin Community. House is fresh, clean, and well outfitted. We made use of all the extras in the home... electronic dart board, watched a movie in the comfy theater chairs, used both indoor and outdoor fireplace, and the outdoor kitchen. Community has lots of features too... nice clubhouse, playground, putt-putt course, driving range (major bonus), and trails. Welcome basket was a very nice touch with snacks & a bottle of wine! Homeowner reached out separately from the property manager to add some additional tips and info which was very helpful and made the transaction much more relational. Note: there is not a proper dining room/area in the home, but it still worked out just fine for us. You can eat meals around the island in the kitchen or al fresco at the hightop table on the screened in patio.
