House is great, it’s new and extremely clean! We would not hesitate to rent again. If you like mountain weather and access to great family activities this is the place for you.
This house was very modern and up to date. It was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet and we enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for 3 couples to each have their own privacy.
This property was just beautiful and perfect for a 3 couples get away. It was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Loved the indoor and outdoor fireplaces as the weather turned very cool during our stay.
The location is great for walking trails and many fun amenities. We will definitely book this home again. Dee Dee the owner was helpful and quick to respond to any questions.
This new home is within walking distance of the clubhouse with amenties the grandkids loved. The distance to town and hiking spots was as expected in any moutain location. Hiking spots and waterfalls plentiful. Easy drive in and out, we felt lucky to see a really big bear and several deer. We have been to the area several times and would come back to this house again!!
I WAS NOT ABLE TO GO BECAUSE THE OWNER NEVER SENT ME ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS. THIS WAS THANKSGIVING WEEK AND I WAS BRINGING MY GRANDCHILDREN THERE. THAT TIME WITH THEM CAN NEVER BE REPLACED. YOU PEOPLE AT ON BEACH VACATION ARE HORRIBLE. YOU NEVER ANSERERD YOUR PHONE. AT LEAST VRBO TRIED TO HELP.
This home is not only beautiful, but it is very comfortable. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The downstairs is perfect for kids to play and have their own space.
It got really cold while we were there and we throughly enjoyed both fire places. The hot tub was also a nice feature.
Cashiers is close by if you need to go to the grocery store or want to eat out. One day went horseback riding in Sapphire and another day we drove to Andy’s Trout Farm (a little over an hour drive) to catch trout. We saw some beautiful waterfalls in the area.
Nature’s Walk also has plenty to do if you want to stay near the house. We would love to come back in the summer time. It really is a hidden paradise!
Great house for multiple families, lots of amenities
We travel to the NC mtns every year with a total of 3 families, 6 adults and 5 kids. This house was PERFECT for us!!! Kids had their own separate area and adults had fun upstairs with an open floor plan kitchen to hang out and cook! Cute neighborhood, beautiful club house with lots of amenities. We cooked everyday so I would just recommend the kitchen have more variety of pots/pans, serving utensils, serving dishes etc. could tell it was new, everything was in great condition. Would like a couple throw blankets up stairs near fireplace. It’s so cozy! Had a small issue upon checkin and Dee Dee was quick to respond and resolve. Would definitely stay here again. I was born in Nashville, Tennessee in a music business family and went to college at Auburn University in Alabama. After college, I moved to the Atlanta area where I currently live with my husband and three sons. My venture into vacation home ownership began in Destin on our very first trip in 2001. The gorgeous white sandy beaches and emerald waters were the perfect place to relax and watch my boys play on the beach during our yearly vacation.
I dreamed of one day owning my own vacation home and in 2008 I had the opportunity to make that dream a reality with a condo in the beautiful 30-A area. My family made many vacation memories there. I found I enjoyed sharing my home with others and helping them create memories. Ten years later, in 2018, I purchased Deja Blue, a townhouse at Prominence Resort across from the very popular Hub now known as The Big Chill. Then, in 2019 I bought a condo at Seagrove Highlands in the 30-A area. I renovated it to provide my guests with clean, comfortable, luxurious surroundings.
I discovered Kiva Dunes, a premier golf and beach resort located in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores in 2021 and was able to purchase there in 2022. I renovated this condo as well and it turned out beautifully!
I found Chinquapin and fell in love with the area and all the community has to offer. It's a great escape from the heat and a great way to enjoy nature.
