The house is fully equipped for a relaxing stay and even offers Fiber optic Internet in case you have to do a little work during your stay.

Diamond Ridge has room for the whole family. The 4 spacious bedrooms are all equipped with exceptionally comfortable mattresses and bedding ensuring everyone gets a great nights sleep. You will find thoughtful design touches throughout the home and guests will love spending time on the expansive 40 foot porches that includes a natural stone fireplace and exceptional views.

Bedroom 1: Upper Level, King Bed with private en suite. Beautiful views and walk-out access to upper deck.
Bedroom 2: Lower Level, 1 Queen bed, connected to full bath and has walk out access to lower deck.
Bedroom 3 Lower Level: King bed with beautiful views and walk out to lower deck.
Bedroom 4 Lower Level: Full over full bunk bed.

GENERAL: Fully stocked kitchen. TWO separate family living areas. Each living room has a smart 65 inch+ TVSmart TVs, WiFi, keyless entry, central air conditioning & heating, hair dryer, hangers, washer & dryer, linens/towels, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper all provided. Indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Upper level is also equipped with Sonos speaker system inside and out and a sophisticated adult bar.
PARKING: Limited parking and driveway. (3 vehicles max) Can be difficult to turn around.

SAPPHIRE VALLEY RESORT ACCESS:
Guests also options to access to Sapphire Valley Resort and Recreation Center for $5 a day or $25 a week (per guest). The Resort is only 5 miles from the home and offers the many amenities such as: tennis, pickle ball, an indoor salt water pool, hot tub, sauna, 2 outdoor pools, ping pong, arcade room, putt-putt golf, and a fitness center! There is also an outdoor basketball court, play ground, dog park and walking track.

In the Winter guests can enjoy the Sapphire Valley Ski Area that offers skiing and tubing, great for all ages! Spots are limited and do sell out so please check with the community building for availability and reservations.

Guests also have access to the Fairfield Lake and Boat Dock where you can rent canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, and paddle boards or just relax on the beach and go for a swim.

The Sapphire National Golf club is a 5-minute drive from the home, and guests can book tee times through the Golf Club’s website.
