You cancelled on me last minute

So, having booked this stay much ahead of time, AND PLANNING OUR VACATION AROUND IT, you emailed one week before our dates to say it was cancelled on us. No real explanation but one would assume you had a better offer of a longer stay perhaps. And now you want us to 'review it'. How utterly ridiculous. So I did.
