The Slopeside Estate features Five Bedrooms and Four Full-Size Custom Bathrooms, covering four floors of elegant living space. The master bedroom suite features a king-size bed with an en suite custom bathroom featuring a steam shower, heated towel bars, jetted tub and a Toto NeoRest electronic head, all complemented by the wood-burning fireplace and the private covered walkout deck within the suite! The junior suite has a king-size bed and a queen-size bed, supported by a custom bathroom that features a Steam Shower and a Sauna! Bedroom #3 features two sets of single size bunk beds for a total of four single size beds. Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed and a single size bed. Bedroom #5 has three single size beds. The chef-quality kitchen, with a Viking Commercial Stove, presents custom appliances, granite countertops, and cabinetry, complimented by a double-sided wood-burning fireplace and views of the Great Eastern Ski Trail! The game room features a full-size slate pool table that is surrounded by a speakeasy-style custom bar complete with multiple wine coolers and a custom beer refrigerator, all tied into a built-in granite bar with three wet sinks. The game room flows into an executive video room that provides VIP movie viewing with the custom home theater. There is an eight-person outdoor hot tub spa on your radiant heated outside deck with incredible mountain views!

PLEASE NOTICE that the driveway and part of the house is sharable with the apartment next to it as well as the access to the trail. The apartment entry has a hallway with three doors in which one of them opens to the main living room but guests do not have access to enter the house unless you rent both properties. Guests do NOT have access to the garage downstairs.

Guests will have access to the entire house, except that it shares the driveway space with other guests. The guest does not have access to the attached apartment AND garage.

We will be available 24/7 during your stay for assistance.

- Guests are required to accept our rental contract (Terms and Conditions) in order to confirm the reservation and for us to provide access to the property.
- Host is NOT Responsible for early season conditions from Killington Resort. Early/late season ski trail conditions are weather-dependent. Your dates might fall on the early/late season rates. For more information about conditions and open ski trails, guests can visit the Killington website.
- It is the guest's responsibility to check for ski trail conditions (if it's open or not) during the winter season on the Killington Resort website.
- The rental management company IS NOT responsible for winter-ski conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to the weather or lack of snow since mother nature effects are uncontrollable by the management company or the owner of the property.
- No shoes in the house.
- No smoking in the house.
- Do not over occupy the house. Over-occupancy will result in a $200.00 charge per extra person, per night. Over-occupancy is defined by the number of guests exceeding the agreed amount in both the Airbnb platform and our mutually agreed upon rental contract.
- Bringing a pet is subject to a fee. Pets must be approved prior to arrival. Please provide your pet's name, age, and breed. If you decide to bring a pet or pets without authorization, you will be charged $300.00 per pet plus cleaning costs.
- Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be liable to the Tenant, his family, or guest for any injury to person or property arising out of Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. The tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims and/or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. Proper use of the Hot Tub Spa is the Tenant’s responsibility. Tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s and/or their guests' use of the hot tub spa and sauna.
- It is the Tenant's responsibility to report the make, model, color, and plate number of any vehicles staying at the property to prevent towing. This property has a maximum of four parking spots.
- Parties and events are not allowed at this property.
