Casa Banksia - Beachfront house with Pool

Beachfront home with stylish high ceilings and a swimming pool. Capturing the island lifestyle to its fullest.

This spacious open plan home offers a leading location right on the waterfront, with darling sea views and the added bonus of a swimming pool.

The main living area is surrounded with exposed beams and high ceiling with glass sliders and windows along one wall looking out to the water. The kitchen is an impressive size
with an adjoining open plan dining area. Again, one wall features glass slides and windows to capture the ocean view and leads you out to the back yard and covered
entertaining area. The outdoor area has a BBQ and outdoor seating so you can sit back and enjoy the most amazing sun sets.

On the ground level you will also find the two bedrooms which have private glass sliding access to outside and views over the swimming pool. There is also the main bathroom,
separate toilet, and laundry. The main bedroom is located upstairs with a walk-in robe, ensuite and private balcony overlooking the ocean.
The pool is extremely private as it is secured with a large concrete fence in the front yard. There is parking in the double lock up garage as well as additional parking on the
driveway.

The back yard has direct access across the road to the magnificent Pumcestone passage offering an extremely safe swimming beach as well as the perfect place for as many
water sports as your heart desires. The waterfront also offers the perfect walking and biking paths, exercise stations, playgrounds and picnic spots.

An additional $50 Pet fee per dog applies when you bring a dog

*Main Bedroom : 1 x King bed with ensuite, walk in robe, air conditioning, private balcony overlooking the ocean
*Second Bedroom: 1 x Queen bed, built in robe, ceiling fan and private access to the pool area
*Third Bedroom : 2 x Single beds + 1 x Single Trundle, built in robe, ceiling fan and private access to the pool area

Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels.

Double Lock up garage with additonal space on the driveway and free on street parking.

Barefoot Bungalow

The property is in a great position. Some maintenance issues, the shower screen in the en-suite needs repair or replacement, the vertical blinds throughout the house need repair or replacement.

Beautiful house

The house is big and beautiful, high ceilings, gorgeous flooring and lovely comfortable furniture. The house was stocked with everything you would need. The only negative, which isn’t even really a complaint, is that the blinds in the downstairs bedrooms are a bit shabby so they let a lot of light in on early mornings. But we were super happy with the property.

Great quiet location!

Good size family house with a pool and great views and proximity to the beach. A quiet area to relax. Very comfy beds, trundle bed not easily accessible, a spare mattress was left out tho. Large well- appointed kitchen. Excellent walking tracks and amenities along the beachfront. The presentation of the property was let down by the unemptied ensuite bathroom bin, half eaten lolly in bedside drawer, damp, mildewed towels left in the washing machine, floors and upper balcony needing a sweep, numerous old dog poops in the garden and lawn area, bbq was filthy.
