Not as you would think

The house was very dated and the kitchen cabinets were sticky. As well as a sliding door did not lock and all the blinds are in desperate need of fixing or replacing. Not super clean, floor was dirty, shower had pink mold, beds in the very top level had sand/dirt in them and the comforters smelled. The TV in the living room didn’t work and the shower doors didn’t open or close properly. As a matter of fact I took a shower and couldn’t get out because the door wouldn’t open. The offered bikes should be removed as they are a safety hazard, ie.. all gear shifters broken, no brakes and broken seats. Pros- SHARC passes and only a 3 minute walk to the sharc.

Cozy house for 6 not 11

We stayed over New Years weekend with 11 people in the house. The listing says the house sleeps 11, but no room for people to “be” when not sleeping. The living room has seating for 5. People in our group sat on the stairs so we could play a game together. The bedrooms were very dark after sun went down because there was only side lamps (very dim). The outside garbage cans were full upon arrival, so were overflowing when we took our out. Cable did not work - host offered to fix. Location was nice.

This home was beyond dirty

Home was dirty, bikes broken, hot tub dirty and over chlorinated, dishwasher broken and temp portable one didn't have instructions for use. BBQ grill filthy and wouldn't come up to temperature... Sunriver is wonderful but, won't be staying at this accommodation again.

Love the Pole House

A great place. Its a fun house with a lot of bedrooms, cool 70s / 80s architecture, and a fantastic location. Its so close to SHARC! My family had a wonderful time.

The dishwasher was broken when we arrived and after offer to bring portable dishwasher, there was no follow up. We did not want portable due to lack of counter space but was left anyway. The third floor bedrooms are up a ladder and difficult to get to.
