This loft-style, dog-friendly home leaves nothing lacking for a beautiful Sunriver experience. The galley-designed open kitchen spills into a dining room with plenty of bench seating and a warm sunny living room so you can socialize while you cook.
This inviting retreat is in the heart of Sunriver, with close amenities such as the SHARC Aquatic Center, Meadows Golf Course, and Tennis Courts within walking distance. The Marina, Horse Stables, and Nature Observatory are just a few minutes down the road.
You can have a "play hard and relax harder” vacation in Landrise 10. Unwind after your fresh air adventures in the private deck hot tub, or in front of the large-screen TV. Enjoy the convenience and warmth of a see-through gas fireplace that can be enjoyed any time of day without having to chop wood!
Two of the cozy bedrooms in this house have queen beds. Kids will enjoy having their own room themed with bunk beds. A fourth, unique sleeping area in the upstairs loft has two twin beds and a TV.
Wifi, a DVD player, and a BBQ grill are also included in this unit for your comfort. Make the most of the outdoor picnic tables with shade umbrellas by watching the sun go down in flaming glory while you grill and dine on the large, wrap-around deck.

Great place overall. Loved the fireplace and there was plenty of room. We ran into 2 issues: first the hot tub water is milky in color and could really use a drain and refill with fresh water. And the second is the door keypad is finicky and takes multiple attempts to open the door lock. One time we were stuck outside for 20 minutes trying repeatedly to unlock the door until it just randomly worked. The manger said they’ll be fixing that so hopefully it won’t be a problem for the next renter. Other than that, it’s a great little cabin and we’d rent it again.

I’m sorry about the milky hot tub water and the trouble with the door keypad — that’s not the experience we want our guests to have. We notified our maintenance team and they have since fixed the e-lock and completed a drain, deep clean, and fill of the hot tub.

Great location, enjoyed the Sharc facility, perfect family home and it offered all you needed for a weekend. We did rent bikes to make the most of the paths in the area….Bbq’d and had a very enjoyable family visit. The loft was a hit for our granddaughter too! Plenary of space for many more even though it was just the four of us.

We had such a nice time staying at this house. Plenty of space, the floor plan is great for groups, and you can tell it’s recently had some remodeling done. We spent a lot of time in the cozy living room.

This property was great for families with kids and is pet friendly. We felt very comfortable there and enjoyed our stay. We wish there would’ve been a coffee maker there.

We enjoyed our stay, only negative was no air conditioning and not quite as close to the Village as I would have liked. The deck was very nice and lots of seating. Liked all the doors going out to the deck

The home was very comfortable. Was a bit difficult getting into the house due to icy entrance walkway. While cooking dinner would of liked a few more bigger sauce pans and utensils. Will definitely stay here again

House was as listed. Hot tub was a nice treat, beds were comfortable and house was clean. Pots and pans are needing a replacement set and couches are more than worn in. Comfortable but broke down a bit. Plenty of towels, pillows and cleaning supplies available. Fireplace was nice and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you

Nice location, but not well maintained
The house was dirty and worn down. It is an older home so we were not expecting perfection by any means, but you could tell as soon as you entered the bathrooms and bedrooms that it is not maintained or cleaned well between guests. Negatives:-The ceiling fans are covered in dust-The showers both had hair in them-Cobwebs throughout the main area and bedrooms-Filthy blinds and window runners -When we fired up the BBQ it almost caught fire because it was so full of grease.-Kitchen is very small, two-person max (also, bring your own paper towels as the ones provided were the worst paper towels any of us had ever used).Positives:- Location is close to walking path. We were able to walk to the village each morning for coffee, and it took about 15 min. SHARC is about a 7 min walk.-The living and dining area is open and cozy.Overall, we would not stay here again. There are SO many vacation rentals in Sunriver to choose from that are much cleaner and well kept.

1960’s original home, so very loud and squeaky floors. Newer cushy carpet but strong pet urine odor. Comfy couches but one broken. Sleeps 10 but silverware for 8. Hot tub is nice and new and hot. SHARC passes make it all worth it. Friendly permanent resident neighbors. In the end, you’re in Sunriver, so it’s not too bad.

Well it’s in Sunriver
The house is very conveniently located in Sunriver, but falls short in many other areas. It was very dirty with cobwebs and dust filled surfaces everywhere. My family did some dusting before we turned on any bedrooms fans. It sleeps 9 comfortably, but has silverware for 6. Kitchen amenities are basically a coffee maker and toaster, but pots/pans are in poor shape. Counter top is bubbled up and cabinets are hanging on by a thread. Like I said, it’s in Sunriver, but for the price, it fell short of my expectations.

We had a great time at this great house. The kitchen and living room have been updated more than the pictures showed, which was a nice surprise. A little tight in the galley style kitchen, but we were able to cook dinner for 9 two of the three nights. Our only issue was that we had two families there so we had to use the mezzanine level for additional sleeping and it was hard for them to sleep in since it was open air to the main living space. Hot tub was pristine and the kids really enjoyed it! All in all it was a great place and only 35+ minutes from Mt. Bachelor. We tried going to the Sharc Recreation Center, but it was so packed with little kids it was too much for our teenagers. I would imagine that in the summer it would be an amazing place to hang with the family given the outdoor space. Digital lock didn't work when we first arrived, but it was taken care of quickly by the staff at Meredith.

Dusty and Failed Communication
The location of the property was ideal for us since it was 25 minutes away from skiing at Mt Bachelor, short walk to SHARC and a short drive to the Village.
Plenty of space for my family of five and our dog.
Unfortunately, there is dust and cobwebs everywhere especially in the downstairs bedroom. Fortunately we didn't need to turn on the fans, otherwise the dust would go flying. Additionally, we were unable to use the hot tub for our last full day. When we called the number by the hot tub, they told us it was serviced while we were gone and the temp will return to normal by morning, which was the day we were checking-out. I reached out the property management office at Meredith and they were not aware of any service. And they ghosted me and never responded back to our concerns.
We'll return to Sunriver but we'll find another rental

Fire hazard
This was a mess. When we got there, the hot tub was off via the breaker so was the hot tub took all night the first day to heat back up, allegedly it was drained and cleaned that day even though there was still dirt and and stuff in the bottom. Whatever it happens we fixed it. That’s not the major issue. The major issue and fire hazard was upstairs. All the outlets were looser than a hotel plug. I plugged in a cell phone charger, large spark, got shocked, and smoked. Popped the fuse too. Alerted the property management right away, got an apology and we will send maintenance then next day. My kids were terrified to go to bed and I had to take the fire extinguisher up to bed with us. Funny but not. Next day, I follow up late afternoon after hearing nothing. Just get a “we have no electrician on staff today, sorry”. So I ask about my charger, that blew and had damage. They go back and forth asking for pics, then OFFER TO FIND ONE AROUND THE OFFICE THAT SOMEONE MIGHT HAVE HAD!!!! What!? They couldn’t find one and instead settled on a 25 credit 3-5 days after our stay. Oh, let’s not forget the water heater that was set to WARM!!!! One of our guests had to take a cold shower the first night. That’s how we discovered it was turned down so low! After getting shocked, almost having a fire started, and all I got was a half assed “sorry” “here’s a 25 credit sometime after your trip cause we couldn’t find a used chargerAround the office”. Pretty sad
