Charming and cozy 4 bedroom home in beautiful Sunriver, Oregon close to Fort Rock park with Pickleball Courts, Playground, Horseshoe and Tennis. The Owl's Nest offers an open living space with tall ceilings, wood burning fireplace and a large deck; great for gathering on those warm summer nights.

You’re in the perfect location to take advantage of fun in the Sunriver Village, including shopping, dining, horseback-riding, Deschutes floats, and SHARC. You’ll have lots of free SHARC passes for the freedom to enjoy it every day of your stay. The metro joys of Bend and unlimited outdoor sports for all seasons are a short drive away. Come enjoy this terrific home in the heart of all that Sunriver has to offer!

Sunriver Strikes Again

We love coming out to Sunriver for a ski weekend with it being so close to Mt Bachelor. The common spaces were great. The hot tub was a hit. All the plowed bike paths made walking our pup super easy. The beds were a little worn in for our taste, but beyond that we would definitely recommend.

Close to park

Was good location close to fort rock park. Small house but cozy. Nice and quiet. Only drawback was hot tub was leaking water so we had to add water a couple of times.

Great Lake House!

This house exceeded our expectations, the pictures don't do it justice! We visited from Oregon and had family come and visit with us and had an amazing time. Wonderful sandy beach with a beautiful dock. The house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and accommodated our often large group efficiently. There is air hockey and ping pong downstairs, the kids had a blast. We highly recommend this property, thank you!

Owls Nest

Property has no label and is hard to find. Blinds are disheveled upon entrance. Clothes were left behind from previous guest. Hot tub did not work. Not impressed.

Not clean and smelled

This was one of the worst houses we’ve stayed in in sunriver. The house smelled terrible when we arrived. There were cobwebs everywhere. The garbage disposal quit working while we were there. The hot tub had not been maintained. Screens were broken and with no air conditioning we had to have windows open at night which let bugs in. The list goes on… I would not recommend this house. The master bedroom did not have a door and the other bedrooms are tiny as well which was misleading.

We do see that you contacted us about the garbage disposal and hot tub, and we sent maintenance over to assist. Unfortunately, a previous renter must have broken a glass, which was in the disposal, but we were able to get it working. The home does not list AC as an available amenity, but we are always happy to drop off some fans if requested and available to aid in your comfort. We are sorry that you were not fully satisfied and have shared your concerns with our local property team to see how we can improve.

Very Disappointed

Pictures were very misleading! Not spacious at all like the photos show. Everything was very smashed together. House is in desperate need of updates. Had a funny old smell. Square hole cut in the wall of one bedroom that cold air comes through. Not well stocked at all. We had to buy several things in order to even prepare meals. Also had to buy a snow shovel because the one there was broken. Two wood boxes inside the house and a splitter in the garage but no wood to be found for the fireplace so we had to go buy some. And the showers are built for anyone under 4ft tall. We rent a house in Sunriver at least twice a year and we have never had a bad experience like this.
