Prime Location 2BD Serviced Apt @Surfers Paradise
Our two bedroom and one bathroom apartment is at the perfect location for those who wants a spend a great time and get the most out of what Gold Coast can offer. This self-contained apartment you will feel truly at ease because we will provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay!
Inside the building, you will find outdoor and indoor lap pools, fully equipped gym, BBQ facilities, a private theatre and a extensive outdoor leisure area featuring sub-tropical gardens!
**Note there is currently an issue with our WIFI access. We are fixing it now and it will be updated soon. For the meantime, You can connect to hotel's Wifi instead (Surcharge)
Inside our apartment there are:
- One Queen bed in master bedroom and 2 Single beds in second bedroom
- Internet service (surchage)
- Cable TV
- Open plan kitchen and dining area with all appliances necessary for a comfortable stay (microwave, cooktop, oven, dishwasher) and kitchen utensils
- Private Balcony
- In-room safe
- Bath with shower
- Onsite free parking

Before you book our place, please make sure you (The primary guest) have read the following terms and conditions. Upon reservation, the primary guest acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the following terms and conditions and they are responsible for the compliance of the rules by all other guests in reservations as well:
1. We have a strict no events/parties policy at this house. NO EVENTS or PARTIES can be accommodated in our apartment any time, that includes but not limited to birthday parties, hens/bucks weekends or other functions.
2. Our quiet hours are between 9pm to 8am. If noise has been detected between the aforementioned quiet hours or complaints from neighbours were received. Most of our neighbours are permanent residents of this neighbourhood and they have rights to expect it to be quiet during the quiet hours. We reserve the right to immediate terminate of your reservation and the rest of your payment will not be refunded.
3. No extra people on premises. (Not exceeding the reservation number of guests). Extra charge may apply if there are extra guests to be found in the house.
4. No unruly behaviour to hour neighbours.
5. It is a requirement that the property is to be returned in a relatively good condition, which means at least you should empty the dishwashers, bag all your rubbish and dispose them properly. Extra cleaning activities will incur charges, and extra cleaning includes but not limited to
a)General Excess cleaning hours for extra messy house $100-150
b)Dirty dishes $50
c) Unremoved rubbish $50
d) Food stains on bed covers or object surfaces $200-400
6. Any damage, breakage or theft is your responsibility during your stay and you should be reporting upon discovering any problems. If anything is noted by our cleaners after your stay, it will be requested through Airbnb. Please note our cleaners will take photos and videos each time after completion of their job, therefore any missing items or damaged items can be compared with the photos and video footages.
7. Smoking inside and balcony of the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fee of $400 may apply if the smoke detector is set off due to smoking inside. A fee of $50 apply to any cigarette butts found after your stay.
8. All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you check out of the property. AC, lights and all other electrical devices should be turned off.
9. Pre Check-in Form: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with ID provided for guests over 18 years of age. This is a requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.
