Really well located to explore the area. Check-in was straightforward - communication from the host was great. The apartment is well set-up for a weekend stay.

Clean space and easy to access, plenty of street parking not too far away and has one dedicated car space. Only real drawback is the roadworks on the highway and the lack of air conditioning.
Lovely home and so close to everything you need.
Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed including netflix, fast internet and a big screen tv. Beds super comfortable, hot shower, roomy bathroom, large rooms overall. We had a very pleasant stay.
Overall we were pretty happy, it was reasonably comfortable and clean. Location great as far as being able to walk to the beach, own car park was super handy.
Sunrise walks on the beach to start the day 🌅. The location was so handy as I was visiting friends at each end of the coast. Shops and restaurants also just a block away. Great holiday unit.

We loved the location of this place just 500m from the bus stop to catch the 777 to/from the airport or 700 to Broadbeach/Tweed Heads. There is an Aldi and Coles very close too. The apartment served us well. Beds were comfortable and overall it was very clean and had everything we needed to cook, clean, wash clothes, etc. The balcony was great too to dry towels, clothes etc. It was a bit hot at night with just a fan and due to construction noise at night we couldn't leave the windows open. Would definitely stay here again.
Great location near the beach and convenience stores and the host was very responsive.The finishes were dated, the fridge didn’t work well, and there was no A/C (manageable for a weekend). The overnight roadworks nearby were disruptive, and the seasonal price felt high. Decent for a short stay.
Other than a couple of quirks from it being an older property (larger fridge wasn't working, shower tap came off and no air con) it was a convenient, clean property and good value

This guest arrived before the check-in time but was allowed to check in early. Later that evening, they informed us they would not stay and demanded a refund, claiming the photos did not match the listing. Our property is accurately represented, and the photos clearly reflect the space. The suburb is exactly as listed, and it is a well-known, safe area.
As a business, we cannot provide a refund for a same-day cancellation, particularly after the guest had already checked in and used the property. The guest also made threatening statements regarding a refund, which is unacceptable.
I will not host this guest again and caution other hosts to be aware before accepting a booking from this group.

Light rail works going 24/7 outside the unit. As a result of the works, water cut of at night.
Literally impossible to sleep.
Well appointed and comfortable unit. It was unfortunate that our stay coincided with massive night roadworks which were noisy, but not the fault of the host. Outside impression was low but inside it made up for it. No dryer as advertised. Netflix was logged out but host offered to fix quickly. Shower door track was dirty upon arrival but everything else was great.
Great place, close to transport, shops etc. a little annoying with the current roadworks but not too much of a drama. Some towels were slightly damp. Code provided was wrong and we had to call the host to get a new one. She answered straight away so no drama. :)
Clean and good location, nice 2 bedroom unit close to the beach, but light rail construction stopped any street parking. Very loud main road and needed all doors and windows open to cool the unit due to no air conditioning on a hot weekend.
Did not receive the key access code so spent 30 mins on the phone to Vibo management (overseas call centre) trying to get access.
