It is located on Asbury Ave and 47th street. It is a 2nd floor unit and is 1.5 blocks to the beach. It is a great location and in a very quiet part of the island. It is a beautifully finished home with an enclosed outdoor shower, garage, great view from the rooftop deck to the ocean and bay, 2 balconies (off of the living room and master bedroom), 2 TVs, free Wi-Fi and washer/dryer. This unit is furnished with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
There are many activities in and around Ocean City including the famous boardwalk, short drive to Atlantic City for great shows and food. Additionally, it is a short drive to other southern beaches such as Sea Isle, Avalon, Stone Harbor and Cape May!
