We had a few hiccups due to the previous occupants locking every single door at the property including storm doors and screen doors so we couldn’t get in but Angel and Michela was ON TOP OF IT!! They worked so hard to hurry and get us in our home. The hospitality was fantastic!!
We were overall happy with our stay. The house was exactly as pictured, but the location is a bit odd. The house is off the main road behind another house. We enjoyed lounging on the back patio and trying to catch fireflies in the evening. We enjoyed playing mini golf and trying our luck at some escape rooms in town.

From the owner:"thank you for your kind review. The secluded location offers a lake view. We will try to add a sign on the main road. As stated in the “property address’ paragraph, the driveway entrance is between 1290 and 1320 Mallard Point Road, at the end of the driveway.”"
We enjoyed the stay at this location. The house has a beautiful view of the lake and was what our family needed for a weekend away. The home does sit off of the road a bit. The beds were comfortable and the decor was so fun.
The inside seemed clean but there were tiles missing on the back patio. Nice view of the lake. The dryer was running when we checked in. The next day when I washed my beach towels, I folded 7 sheets from the dryer before I could dry my beach towels. I don’t know how anything got clean with 7 sheets in the washer.
We had a wonderful stay in Mountain Home, AR. House was clean and had a nice view of the lake. Plenty of room and close to where we fished. Highly recommend this home.
The home is in the perfect location, just a short drive to multiple docks, stores and restaurants. The house is tucked away and has a nice view of the lake. The communication with the property manager was above and beyond.
This property was absolutely wonderful for our family! The house perfectly fit our needs. The bedrooms were spacious and the closet space was wonderful. The kitchen is great for preparing a stay in dinner and the open living room/ dining area is great. The view of Lake Norfork is awesome, one that I could definitely wake up and drink my coffee to every morning. Overall this house was a great getaway for us. My family and I hated to leave and are already planning our next trip back.
This home was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped if you like to do meals in. Plenty of bathrooms. For very senior adults, the sitting furniture was not comfortable, but it was doable. Beds very comfortable. The driveway was most difficult to find. It needs to be clearly stated on the instructions for locating the house. We had a very good experience overall for our stay

Great Location
While the house is just 3 miles from the marina it was very hard to find. The driveway is in between 3 houses on the road and unmarked. And it’s in terrible condition. So first impression…. The house itself was clean and spacious and plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen could have used more equipment-storage containers, casserole dishes, pitchers for drinks. We made a Walmart run and made it work. The property manager was quick to respond to concerns.
Was a good time overall, but had some trouble with the lock on the door. The house sits behind another house with a shared drive so was a little hard to find. Contact was very helpful with the lock.
Overall a very pleasant home. A little difficult to find - a signpost at the site would be helpful. Description of the house was not completely accurate as there was great difference in bedroom facilities. Use of dishwasher was made difficult - one has to climb under sink to unplug the garbage disposal and plug in dishwasher and then the reverse to use the disposal. Angel was always available when needed.

Norfolk trip
The house was clean and well equipt, but we experienced a problem with ants on the kitchen counters. We contacted the host who informed us that the house was just sprayed by an exterminator and offered to bring us some insect spray. After throwing away several packaged items that the ants got into, we purchased some Terro Ant bait stations which took care of the problem.
This is a unique property with a beautiful view of Norfork Lake and quick access nearby to marinas. Also quick access to old downtown and around for good restaurants.
The house has plenty of space and bathrooms. One bedroom did not have AC vents but wasn’t uncomfortable with the door a little open. The bunk bed in the other room has a weight limit for top bunk so only plan to use that bed count for smaller children. Front entry has a sofa that converts to a daybed which was good. Plenty of comfy spots to sleep for our group of 5.
Very nice, artsy home and we had a ton of fun here. We spent a lot of time on the deck and hanging in the living room with the great views!
We’ll stay here again!

Liked: Communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disappointed in cleanliness
1. Property was back in from the street down a hill with NO markings as to where to turn in. Had to ask woman raking leaves for directions.
2. Door code didn't work and had to call property manager for new code
3. Linens left in dryer on our arrival that we had to use to make some of the beds
4. had to vacuum EVERY ceiling corner in the entire house d/t visible, large cobwebs
5. 1/2 inch of caked on dust on EVERY ceiling fan including kitchen above the island so if you turned it on the dust would land on your food
6. Minimal kitchen dish rags and dish cloths
7. Kitchen VERY poorly stocked with kitchen utensils
8. Instructions left for dishwasher to flip switch on the wall so it would run but that didn't work unless garbage disposal was running. Had to crawl under sink and unplug garbage disposal just so we could run the dishwasher.
9. Cleanest rooms were the bathrooms thank goodness
Beautiful home, pictures don't really do justice. Beds were very comfortable. Two full baths were spacious, shower heads were top notch. Two half baths were nice. Kitchen was very well stocked, yet plenty of room for your personal items. Living area was very large; leather, art, reading and viewing material abundant, fireplace, all beautiful. HVAC new. Deck used heavily, even in sprinkles, beautiful view.
Highly recommend this property, with these notations....Keyless entry was a problem but rectified quickly each time. Driveway is a disaster, go VERY slow. Property was NOT visible from the road, gravel drive unmarked. Garage doors open from inside the house, but very nice inside. There is a very musty smell in parts of the home, but there is a lot of fragrance to use, and it went away by opening windows. The gorgeous wood trim all over the home was ruined by someone putting a dog in each bathroom and leaving it there for a long period. It was hard to ignore the inconsideration of such a nice home by someone cruel to animals. Despite these things, we very much enjoyed our visit, thank you for offering such a beautiful home.

The rental property is how it is listed. Our stay was quiet and provided us a nice getaway. Our only complaint (and my recommendation to the property owner) would be to either deep clean the carpets or replace them. The pet stains on them are a little off putting.
