Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is 11:00 AM or earlier. We must get in there as quickly as possible to avoid delaying our next guest's check-in. This includes the parking space.
If you check out before 11:00 AM, it would be wonderful if you could let us know. Our cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest.
We kindly ask that you please leave our property in a reasonable condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No glass at or around the pool area - No disruptive noise or party - Must sign Rental Agreement - Must check in BEFORE 11pm local time.
No visiting OR overnight guests in the unit or on site that are not listed on your reservation without prior approval. Will not go over max capacity.

Great location and space, upscale development close to all and a host of amenities. Only stayed one night but it was exactly what we were looking for. Check in seemed a bit complicated but I guess it is that way for security reasons. Overall very pleased

Golf trip in Scottsdale

We rented this amazing place. It was 2 bed 2 bath and more affordable than any hotel in the area. The place was clean and had everything you needed. Location to TPC and Grayhawk golf courses is perfect, less than 10 minutes to each. It was clean, the common spaces were great with the pool table, pool, golf simulator and coffee in the lobby. Will definitely stay here again.

The room itself was spacious and clean, but the property is difficult to get to. I was instructed to park in the bottom level of a parking structure, but the elevator was out of service, and no other elevator was nearby. My family and I were tired from a long drive, and it was extremely inconvenient to haul our luggage up five flights of stairs to get to the floor our room was on. Once we were inside the property, it felt like a claustrophobic hotel, and the view from the window was just more building. Not a lot of natural light, and other balconies as far as we could see. I would have picked another place to stay to be honest, and wouldn't stay again.

Not what the pictures show

The place is in a fun area, kitchen is great, they provide nice coffee and beds were comfortable. The floors were not clean, the golf simulator did not work, pool is cold, and there is no game room like the pictures showed. The price is good. One night our apartment smelled like weed but that is out of the owners hands. I would stay again but just good to know these things.

Comfy Beds Great Location - Fell Short of Returning Again

We've rented over 15 VRBO and while this property has a great location, clean and comfy beds it fell short. No front entrance or visable address, scavenger hunt in the parking garage to get a key fob. No hot water in 1 bathroom, No hand soap in 1 bathroom, short on bath wash clothes, very limited cooking pots and pans (only 2) No Welcome binder listing things to do or restaurants, contacted Palacio - Hot water never fixed, wash clothes and soap delivered the night before we left.

Fun in the sun

our stay was wonderful. The apartment is VERY clean and comfortable. The check in processes is just different from what we are use to. We have rented from VRBO for years. The check in is like being in an escape room. After being there a few days another costumer was trying to figure it out and we helped him. You don’t just get a key code and open the door there is lots more steps to get into your apartment than normal rental, however once you have done it, you will enjoy the place. We appreciated lots of other great things about it. Like it is very quiet, your vehicle is parked all night and day in a safe area, the apartment is very clean and comfortable and the host will get back to you quickly. Which made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you. Mr and Mrs White

Very brief stay but very nice condo. We had everything we needed. Everything was clean and organized. Nice linens. Not exactly in “Old Scottsdale “ though. It was a 25 minute drive. A little misleading on location.
