Why do Vrbo ask if we enjoyed it ,

When they do nothing about it when the customer has been “ ripped off “ , if I make a complaint the stock reply is “ we are only booking agents “ . Get a grip Vrbo and help the customer , have you seen your reviews on trust pilot , “ grow a pair “ help the customer and stop worrying about your profits . This villa was shocking , not one door locked , it is a three bed villa not a 4 bed , would you sleep in a garage . Not enough space to finish this . Put a stop to false advertising Now.

Villa of 1,050 sqm. (11,300 sq ft).
4 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom each.
Large garden at the backyard.
Free parking in front of villa entrance.

Communal swimming pool in the village, approx. 200m walk, with Pattaya city skyline view.

The TV at the living hall is linked to the karaoke sound system. There is no subscription to any movie/satellite channels. You can bring your own TV box (plus own cable) to be connected to the TV.

The gardener and swimming pool cleaner will come three (3) times a week during day time. Both of them will come according to their own work arrangements. Their access is through the back door at the garden behind.

Additional services:-
- Free usage of towels (1 each for 1 pax per stay) will be provided. Additional cleaning lady service available: 1500 baht per cleaning per day (includes laundry fee for bed linens and towels). Therefore, please indicate the correct number of people.

Cash deposit:-
- A security deposit of 10,000 baht is required upon arrival. Deposit will be returned during check out.

Monthly rental:-
In the event of monthly rental, the electricity and water bill shall be borne by the guests.
