Roads to the cabin are mostly paved, with some gravel sections near the property. We strongly recommend a 4WD vehicle year-round, especially in winter. The last 200 feet of the driveway is inclined, so four-wheel drive is important. Low-clearance or sports cars may have trouble navigating the driveway.
Guests must be 25 or older to book.
All garages (except the game room if it’s in the garage), sheds, crawlspaces, and maintenance areas are off-limits. Please avoid areas with home maintenance products or equipment. By booking, you agree to waive liability for entering these areas. If access is needed, message us first.
An extra guest fee of $50 per night applies for each guest over 10.
Seasonal Note:
Because the cabin is in a natural, wooded area, you may occasionally see insects. In the winter, ladybugs are especially common around windows and warm areas. They are harmless, but a few may find their way inside despite regular cleaning. Thank you for your understanding!

We has a wonderful stay in the smokies. Cabin was clean, spacious, amazing showers and hot tub. Property manager was great to work with. I received a text from a contact person who walked me through check in and amswered all my questions promptly and professionally.
Will choose a cabin managed by peak season in the future just for the pleasure of dealing with them.
Our group included 6 adults, 2 tweens, and a newborn, and this cabin was the perfect place to finally celebrate our family Christmas together.Let me start with the views — absolutely incredible. Truly some of the most beautiful scenery you could imagine. The cabin itself had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and since we visited in January, we especially appreciated how much there was to do inside. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals during our stay. The kids loved the games and the hot tub, and the gas logs were a lifesaver on the super cold nights. We had a wonderful experience overall. Because our stay coincided with a predicted snow and ice storm, communication with the host was excellent — they were responsive, helpful, and answered all of our questions, which gave us great peace of mind. One important note for future guests: while we are locals and comfortable driving mountain roads, it’s important to understand the location and access when planning your trip. The views are stunning, but the cabin sits very high, and the driveway is quite steep. That said, it is well constructed and manageable if you are prepared. The key to enjoying this vacation is planning properly and understanding the terrain. We highly recommend this cabin, and we also suggest purchasing the travel insurance just in case a major snow or ice storm moves in.We would absolutely stay here again
