Spacious townhome in the popular Lakeshore Villas. This 2 level, 1,513 sq. ft 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bathroom home has beautiful lake and mountain views.

Features include lovely landscape, private dock with designated swimming area, outdoor salt water pool, hot tub and small fitness room for condo guests only. Steps to the beach and the lakeshore Pioneer Walkway.

This townhome is fully furnished and tastefully decorated throughout; with a fully stocked kitchen, electric fireplace and covered outdoor patio with propane BBQ. In-suite laundry and private single vehicle carport available.

**Please note:

1. Non-smoking.
2. No pets allowed.
3. No lifeguard on duty in the pool or dock area.
4. Pool & hot tub are closed from Thanksgiving to May Long Weekend.
5. Quiet enjoyment is from 11:00PM to 8AM.
6. This is a 2 level townhome. There are stairs to the front entrance
as well as stairs within the unit.

Attention Snowbirds! Monthly Winter Rate Available October 1st - May 31st. Preferred 3 month minimum - rent amount includes utilities, WIFI and basic cable.

Terrific stay

My wife and I recently stayed at a wonderful townhouse in Osoyoos, and it provided a comfortable and inviting space with lovely views of Osoyoos Lake. The large townhouse features two bedrooms, three bathrooms, with well-maintained furnishings. It is equipped with essential amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen. The bedrooms on the lower level offer privacy and tranquility for a peaceful night's sleep. We enjoyed relaxing on the large deck with views of the lake and surrounding area. The townhouse's location strikes a balance between serenity and accessibility, being close to restaurants, bars, and main attractions. Overall, it offers a comfortable retreat with beautiful lake views, perfect for a relaxing getaway in Osoyoos. We will definitely be coming back again.
