is lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Designer house located in the Village of Sunset Pointe so close to Lake Sumter Landing you’ll want to spend all your time shopping and enjoying the nightly entertainment. With everything super close for your convenience, you will be 2-3 minutes from Sunset Pointe Pool & Lake Miona Pool and Recreation Center. 2 minutes from Pelican & Heron Golf Course and Cane Garden Country Club and 7 minutes to the closest Square, Lake Sumter Landing, you can’t pass this up. This spacious house is also Pet friendly, so don’t forget to bring your 4 legged loved one. Fully furnished with laminate throughout the house, except the bedrooms. This open kitchen is equipped with a Gas stove and a dinette to be able to cook up your heart's desires. Carpeted Master Bedroom with a Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two carpeted bedrooms have Full sized beds, which share a guest tub/shower combo bathroom. Screened in Lanai with rocking chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or table with chairs to be able to enjoy your evening dinner. Don’t pass it up because it will be reserved super quick.
