The communication back-and-forth was excellent. The house was excellent. It was clean. The decorations are wonderful the way it’s decorated easy access because I had lived down in the villages before so I knew where I was going. The only problem we had was we did not see the garage door opener on the golf cart until the last day, but that’s our fault cause we didn’t look but outside of that everything was wonderful

Great Mid-Winter Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A perfect getaway. Simple yet elegant, comfortable and convenient. Publix was 1 mile away golf courses and country clubs less than 10 minutes away. Lots of good restaurants. I did not make use of the golf cart, but it was there for the using lots of places to take my standard poodle for exercise. If I came again, I would rent the same house. Lovely and comfortable furniture. Kitchen was well equipped appliances were top-notch. I loved my stay!

The yard and yard furniture were a mess and unusable. There was dried food under the couch that my dog ate and then threw up.The air conditioner broke so we were moved to a different home which did not have a closed in yard or air conditioned sun room area, which were Eason I paid more for the rental. The Home Away team were very helpful through the issue, though we had to move ourselves, which if I did not have a car, would have been impossible during the huge rainstorm. I was somewhat dissappointed overall after the first couple good weeks. Both homes were stocked well for the stay.
