We only stayed 3 nights and was gone most all day every day while we were there. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We utilized the hot tub daily which was relaxing after a long day. There was no need to contact the host during our stay. The only thing that I didn't like was there were several air freshner plug ins and it was overpowering, not unpleasant, just strong...I just took them out of the sockets, but put them back upon check out. I would definitely use this property again if available.

The duplex was clean and close to everything we needed for our stay in Sebring/ Avon Park. The inside was equipped with the basics and nicely decorated with new modern upgraded features. We loved the fans! The outside has a nice fenced backyard, adding privacy for the hot tub.
