Beautiful home! So many extras!

We stayed at Sandy Shores II in Ponte Verda beach, Fl from Dec 27- New Year’s Day. The views from this house were breathtaking, especially in the Master Bedroom. There is so much light in the upstairs level! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels. The owners definitely add extras that you don’t normally get in rental ie large bottle Shampoo, Conditioner and body wash, box fan (for of us women who are of the certain age…this is helpful at night), starter coffee, creamer, hangers, bug spray and citronella candles…just to name a few. It was too cold to sit out on the beach but we did see beach chairs to use. There is a large book filled with area information including tours and menus from local restaurants. The owners even included their own recommendations. When we arrived there was a happy new years sign and champagne and glasses for us to celebrate the New year. It was such a special touch. Before our stay we received an email and were giving a local number to call if we had any problems. The owners are local and their assistant was so helpful and friendly. We were pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

The home has beautiful views from every window, just steps takes you to a quiet beach and the ocean. If you want night life St. Augustine is a short drive.

Love the Beach and Ocean views

Great beach house with direct beach access. The house fits 2 couples very comfortably, with 2 kings and lower sitting area with mini kitchen. The home is supplied with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. It's an easy drive to downtown Saint Augustine or to great restaurants in Ponte Vedra.
