Easy check in process. Really didn’t use the kitchen as very small and would be difficult with meal prep. But that didn’t matter to us this time as we were located by family and spent time with them.the kitchen was well stocked and have what you needed

The carpeting in all rooms, especially dining room were filthy. I absolutely would not let a baby crawl or even walk on it. There was a terrible smell in the dining room which was trying to be covered by mothballs which made it worse. Most of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. There was not a complete set of silverware and the bath towels were in horrible shape. My cousin had to bring some of hers over for us. Furniture outdated and we had to buy our own lightbulbs for some of the lamps. The deck railings had mold and needed to be spray washed. Wouldn’t stay again unless all these things were attended to.

Adorable cottage

We loved our stay here. It was close to family and close to the bay. We had a wonderful time going to the bay and out on the Island. This house was close to everything. The beds were so comfortable. We loved the large dining room, where we had room for our son, daughter in law and precious new grand-baby to Visit. We are already planning a return trip end of May first of June and hope this home will be available again.

Was located by my nephew so it wokrked out great. Had trouble getting in as the front door sticks and the slider keeps coming off the track. It was clean and stocked for what we needed.

Great Little Cottage

The house was perfect for our stay. It was clean, beds were super comfortable. We loved the old charm of the house and the yard. We even had our own personal guest coordinator Ivy who was extremely responsive and helpful, when needed.We plan to stay here again. Only two small issues, could have used more than 1 window AC unit and shower is extremely small. We even managed fine with no WIFI only using our cell service. These two items will not keep us from rating this 5 stars.

Cute little house

The house is adorable. Just enough space for my family and I. It’s an older house so it has a musty smell to it, hence the over usage of air fresheners. We had to buy more towels during our stay because they only had 4 that were stained and still damp from housekeeping not drying them all the way before the next guest. Overall other than a few minor things we had a good stay.

Cute and clean little house

My family really enjoyed are stay here. It was a short family vacation to visit some friends. I was so surprised that we could walk right down to the bay which we didnt even realize we were that close. We were also 15 minutes from the beach which was awesome. The house was clean and came with everything you could possibly need. The only thing which we knew ahead of time was there was no cable no big deal just bring a portable dvd player to watch some movies in your down time. I will absolutely stay here again it was also dog friendly which my dog had a great time and the neighbors were nice too.

This is our first ever rental experience and we did not know what to expect. The house has some age to it and has a lot of character. Overall the house has been pretty well maintained. The living spaces are open and enjoyable. The bathroom is quite small and the shower stall was a challenging size. I will agree that the hot water timer instructions should be disclosed better. We used the place primarily for sleeping only so will be unable to detail all the amenities. If you are someone who needs TV be sure to plan ahead (DVD's, streaming options) to be able to see or watch something. Be advised that the cellular coverage (Verizon) was pretty poor at the location. We were not fond of the multitude of air fresheners that were used in the house.

Last minute rental.

For a last minute trip, I was happy to get anything. We spent 90% of our time with local family. My family and I really just needed a place to sleep and shower. Sleep arrangements were good. We had five people. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. I questioned the quilts. We had a small problem with locking the door. I emailed my contact and she responded within forty minutes. Problem was resolved. A quicker response would have been nice. Not sure if it was her fault or having no wifi. I understood there would be no wifi when I booked the rental. Our biggest problem was with the hot water. There was a timer on the hot water heater. We were not aware and believe it should have been disclosed in the rental description. We were pressed for time in the morning and not everyone was able to shower. Upon our arrival home that night, still no hot water. We had time then to check the water heater and saw the timer. It was frustrating. Lastly, I didn't bring a pet but I'm pretty sure the neighbor let his dog in the backyard, so if there was any mess it wasn't from us.

We stayed her to have more room, while visiting family. The house is definitely older, but that gives it some charm it was clean and close to the bay. 1 thing thing to be aware of, they advertised as a feature, 2 flat screen TV's. They are also said no internet , so we brought our Hotspot with us, thinking we would be able to link in and use our logins for streaming television. This was not possible, they are not smart TV's. So the TV's are useless. There is a VCR there. I will reiterate, the place was clean and spacious enough for what we needed.

One of the best

The property is adorably clean, all of supplies are exactly what we need. It's designed for family so I'm grateful for no cable nor internet. It will be nice though if some family movies were provided. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We will be back again for sure.
