Hidden Gem. Comfy Pet Friendly
Beautiful brick house with open plan living. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located at the rear of the house.
There is a lovely screened sunroom for those lovely relaxing afternoons. Fully fenced colorbond yard to keep the fur babies safe and sound. Lovely paved area for afternoon drinks or a fire pit at night.
Wifi is provided so that you can stay connected. You can work from here or simply stream to the massive tv in living room!
There is an air conditioner in the main living area for those hot days
There is a great collection of dvds/cds both for adults and kids. Board games for those wet days and a massive tv for those footy games.
A fully equipped kitchen is provided and includes a great fridge with filtered cold water accessible from tap on the door - it also has an ice maker - just scoop out for those cold icy drinks.
Note: If accessible equipment is required - there is a raised toilet seat/shower seat and other accessories. Please enquire
The ensuite shower has rails and handles if you need that extra help. There is also a short ramp at the front door.
We are happy to oblige early check ins and late check outs if their are not incoming/out going guests. Please message!

Why they chose this property
Beautiful sunny home in a quiet neighbourhood. Great fenced back yard for dogs and kids. Great grassy yard with firepit. The sun room is completely screened so you can enjoy the outdoors without the pesky insects.
What makes this property unique
A great base for traveling the beautiful Barrington coast. Take a stroll to the local Stocklands (only 1km away), visit the op shops on the way back.
The beach is only 5 min away - take your pooches to One Mile + Cafe which are both dog friendly. Or go to the Main Street (Wharf Street) near the bridge and either grab a bite, have a fish, have a walk or swim in the beautiful lake.
Alternatively, take a drive to the beautiful Pacific Palms. Boomerang and Blueys are also dog friendly (time restricted) and Kembali Cafe has great food and coffee (plus your pooches can come)
