Amazing view from this recently renovated lakefront property! An ideal place for a family get-away, a romantic weekend, or a fishing trip. Come and soak away your daily grind in this quaint cottage. To be so close to the water, with the options of sitting around the fire pit, or on the deck brings ease into the cottage experience. Family members will appreciate being able to watch the kids play in the water from the deck, with the convenience and comfort of this ranch-style home. Sitting in the sunporch is the optimal way to view Pratt Lake from inside, however the views of the lake are spectacular from almost any room. There is space for yard games, all while enjoying the fun along Pratt Lake. Don't forget your 4-legged family member! He/she is welcome too.

Seniors: Come one, come all! This space is great for those over 60.
