Great house, nice location close to beach. Should be noted that there is no direct access to the yard from the house- have to go out side door and around to the back. Other than that everything was perfect!

We booked our stay less than 30 days before going due to a cancellation of another stay in Michigan (yes, 180 change). We were very lucky to find a place, especially with such a great location. The location is spectacular for the price. It is literally 2 blocks down & 2 blocks over from the public beach entrance on flat neighborhood roads with light traffic. My kids rode bikes comfortably. Location to the main road, stores, Wright museum, etc. was very convenient. We were traveling w/ 3 kids (12, 10 & 7) & a husky who needs crated when not supervised/sleep. They are not kidding when they say dog friendly! A crate and dog dishes were included along with lawn and board games. The fenced in area was a deciding factor for us. Just a note - the fenced in area is not connected to exits so we did have to leash the dog to get in the backyard (husky). There was a gate at the top of the stairs so the dog could be on the porches (also good for smaller children). The kitchen came with a good amount of cookware and glassware. We did go through the plates pretty quickly but there was a dishwasher we ran nightly. Air conditioner was great upstairs with a window unit for the downstairs. The washer/dryer were large capacity and did a good job. They provided a nice starter pack of cleaning items which was helpful but went quickly. I packed dishwasher tablets, Tide pods, paper towels and toilet paper. I bought hand soaps for the bathrooms. Hot tub was used nightly!
