Very clean. No sand or grit anywhere. No shade options in pool area. No functional lighting in pantry but pantry very large and spacious to use if you dont mind using your phone flashlight. Great hot tub & pool. Fun beachy decorations throughout. Very nice elevator.

We had a wonderful time at your rental for our vacation. Property was beautiful as described and walking distance to the beach. A few upgrades would make it perfect. The mattresses could be replaced, they were very soft with no support. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room for us but the kitchen cookware didn't work for a large family. There were only small size pots/pans. Very difficult to cook for a large group. The shower heads had week pressure and could be upgraded. With these upgrades 5he rental would be perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental house was a good over all experience. The house was ready at the correct time. The rental company was good to work with. We had a electrical problem with the hot tub, they were quick to get it repaired with in 2 days. The only complaint I had about the property was the back yard. There was no shade whatsoever. The concrete and decking boards were so hot that the kids could not stand or play in the back yard without blistering your feet. We had to buy a pop up tent to provide shade for the kids to play or sit outside. Other that that everything was as expected about the property. We Would stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was good, but there are several safety issues in this home. Railing on top balcony, multiple areas loose. Bunkbeds unsafe for sleep. Stairs need better gate closure. One of the hightop chairs was missing most of its support, thankfully we noticed before our kids sat in the chair. For future renters...not ideal layout for families with small children, beds are uncomfortable. House is clean and nicely decorated, major appliances worked (thats all we used), hot tub was nice. Proximity to the beach was good,

I would recommend replacing all carpets as I didn't want to take my shoes off because the house reeked of urine. I booked last minute to accommodate my 82 year old mother-in-law with her dog that never has accidents and once we were inside and hit with the ammonia smell we were fearful he would mark. He did not and we made sure. Overall the stay was just okay.

The beach access stated handicap accessible but in reality they were not. House was nice but needed some upgrades. The mattress in the king bedroom had a spring poking out. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Chair to the hair table was missing rungs very dangerous for a fall. Several on the railings on the deck need to be firmly attached.

The home was a great size for our family and we enjoyed the pool It was a little further from the beach than we would have liked and there were some minor repair issues with the house. The refrigerator froze items even when put on a lower than recommended setting. Some of the faucets leaked or were difficult to turn off. Overall very nice home with a nice game room.

Reviewer Comments: While I was very satisfied with the rental‘s location and cleanliness, I do think a few minor upgrades/updates would have greatly enhanced the experience. New mattresses in all the bedrooms are overdue and the showerheads should be replaced. The kitchen is well equipped, but the coffeemaker needs replaced. Those minor changes would make a major difference in the overall experience.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Where do I start! To start with check-in is from 4 to 6pm. The door code was sent to me shortly after Noon the day of our arrival. You are asked to notify the agency upon arrival. We notified the company at about 4:15pm. We were told we could not enter until we received a message from them. We left to pick up our rented LSV. After waiting until about 5:00 we messaged the office about leaving the LSV on the property and about checking in. We were again told we could not check-in until we received a message from them with an ok to go in. We waited. Finally after 6:00pm I called the after hours number. They had to have someone call me back. Bottom line, we were finally allowed to go in at about 6:30pm. Mind you the outside light did not work so we were fumbling around in the dark. No apology and there had been no cleaning service there nor had anyone else been there while we waited and waited to get in. We were parked where we could see the property while we waited. Once inside, we saw blinds in the master bathroom broken right in front of the shower. The fireplace was not functional, and it was needed, which was included as an amenity. WiFi was not working nor were most of the TVs on the 2nd floor working and not because of the wifi. One of the amenities was extra blankets provided for guests. There were no blankets at all in the entire house. We had to go buy blankets for everyone. If the heat was turned up to warm the living room, the master bedroom was so hot it was unbreatheable! Because we had paid the entire amount for the rental, we did stay but the fireplace nor the blinds were ever repaired. The picture showed a large dining table with 8 chairs for seating. That didn't work. One chair was right next to the bar stool so it had to be moved to even get a round the table. The chair on the other end was so close to the wall only a small person could use it. The table could not be moved because there was no space to move it.

Reviewer Comments: Not Good, I called the rental company and left a message and you never returned my call so you could fix the broken bed, or hot tub. When I booked I spoke with Ashley she was wonderful. When I called about discounts for pontoon I asked for Ashley and was told she wasn't working there anymore. Office person I spoke with was not pleasant gave me wrong info.

Nice place

We had a great time. The house was . everything we expected. We had a little trouble figuring out the TV's but we got it eventually We also weren't sure about the recycling . The container wasn't picked up the whole week
