There is a refreshing private pool that will please everyone! The home features a family friendly layout that provides privacy along with an open feeling for family gatherings. When it comes to choose a home for you vacation, this one is an excellent choice for making memories that are sure to last a long time!

Mid Level: Bedroom with 2 Single Beds, TV, access to deck with Ocean Views. Queen bedroom with TV and door to deck with Ocean View, hall full bathroom and a Queen Master bedroom with TV.

Upper Level: King Master Bedroom with /TV. Half Bath. Kitchen, Dining area with seating for 14 and Living area with TV, DVD, Stereo, and Wet Bar. Slider door to deck with Ocean View.

Great Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed Sandy Paws. It had plenty of room for our family of three plus inviting another family of four for two of our nights. It is well-located in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We had one minor issue on our second-to-last day with the dishwasher not properly draining. The issue wasn’t resolved during our stay but we checked out on Saturday and it sounded like it was fixed that Monday.

Thanksgiving from hell

Upon arrival I notice a few things that was damaged. Carpet has so many pet stains from the time you enter the first floor going all the way up the third floor stairs. Hole in the ceiling. Bottom of the couch coming undone. Scratches on the door and door frames. Headboard and mattresses need to be replaced. Stove and oven was dirty and didn’t work when it was time to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Called emergency maintenance no response sent messages to the office no response til after the fact. Grill was dirty outside. Sand in the tubs and rugs wasn’t washed in the bathrooms. Whole kitchen had to be cleaned in order to utilize. No decent pots to cook. Had to drive 4 hours back home to cook thanksgiving dinner and drive back. House cleaners tried to come before we was out at 8:30 am. Great space for families. House need a little more TLC.
