Smooth Landing OBX. Steps to the beach!

Smooth Landing offers everything imaginable for a relaxing & full of entertainment OBX vacation. Spacious home in the heart of the beach with 5 bedrooms, (2 king masters, 2 qu., 1 duo bunk),4.5 baths, 3 stories, outside entertainment on every deck. We have a pool, hot tub, game room with pool table, and an elevator for ease of going from one floor to another. We are located just a short walk to the beach. Located near restaurants, markets, entertainment, bars, all within a walk or bike ride.
The space
Two spacious King suites open to a porch. Top floor King has private bath with large jet tub and walk in shower. Queen bedroom also opens to porch, also shares jack and jill bath with duo bunk room (double on bottom, twin on top). Queen bedroom on ground floor is tucked away off the game room. Linens are provided and will be delivered to the house prior to your arrival. House is splashed with bright colors and coastal decor'. TVs are in kings room, queen rooms, great room, and game room. We offer internet services with some cable tv and streaming. We accept dogs with a pet fee. Maximum 2 dogs, under 60 lbs. There are certain breeds we are unable to accept.
Guest access
There is an electronic lockbox on the ground floor entry in the carport. A code will be sent prior to arrival.

We had a great time.Beautiful house just need cleaning.The bed on the 2nd floor.We had to wash the sheets.There was a big spot of blood.The cleaners didn’t not charge the sheets!! Upstairs need swept.We moved the couch to get something we dropped.There was and still is lots dirt under it.But the house was very nice .Just needs cleaning.

This was a perfect home for my family. We had my 80 year old parents, my 20 year old kids and our dogs. Home was equipped with everything we needed as we did a lot of cooking. We all enjoyed the pool and the beach. I highly recommend this home for a family vacation! Location could not of been better.

Excellent relaxing and well furnished accommodations

Enjoyed the available space for multiple family members and the grand dog! All cooking utensils and adequate games/puzzles and books were furnished for enjoyment. The cottage is well decorated and furnished for relaxation. The outdoor grill and pool were excellent resources. The elevator is a blessing.

This property has everything you’d want….had 7 people, never felt crowded or cramped…plenty of room. Especially enjoyed pool and grill….property was well stocked, grocery store right across street if u need anything…we were very impressed and had a fantastic time
