When you arrive you will be greeted by the cool breeze coming off the ocean through our wide-open window wall. The first thing you may want to do is take a dip in the huge infinity pool or just relax on the pool deck with your favorite beverage watching the cruise ships go by. Casa Del Sol's view out to the calm ocean, is unsurpassed in Puerto Morelos. You may wish to escape the sun and relax on the large covered patio off the living area and just admire the gorgeous infinity pool and stunning views. Can you see where the pool ends and the ocean begins?

The two large iron tables on the patio with six chairs each is perfect for meal time or any social gathering. The colorful pool chairs add to the tropical ambience of this property. There is also a large stone propane grill next to the back patio - perfect for an evening barbeque.

A fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking your favorite meals. Your biggest dilemma will be where to enjoy your meal...so many choices! Two large side-by-side refrigerators will keep all of your groceries and beverages cold. A dishwasher and a cold/hot water dispenser are included in the kitchen amenities. Ample cabinet space and a large pantry are an added plus.

The living area includes a sofa with recliners, love seat, and reclining chair. Your group will love the large flat screen that gets all of the U.S. national network channels (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX) as well as all of your favorites: HGTV, TBS, TNT, ESPN, WGN, CNBC, movie channels, and many more. Vacationing at Casa del Sol means no more missing your favorite college or pro sports teams! All bedrooms have king-sized beds with private bathrooms and each room has its own air conditioning unit. There is a main floor bedroom and four bedrooms on the second floor, as well as a master suite on the third floor (more below on "The Oasis") with access to the rooftop lounge. A seventh bedroom is also on the third floor, with King bed and private washroom. One of the bedrooms has a pullout couch and another has a set of bunk beds.

The third floor renovation in September 2023 means that "The Oasis" - a penthouse suite offering a king-sized bed, a private sitting room, and a stunning view of the ocean is now available. You have access to the rooftop terrace with conversational seating, perfect for your morning coffee under the pergola, watching the sun come up, or for viewing the stars late at night.

A tv area for the little ones is located at the top of the stairs on the second floor. It includes lots of DVDs and a Kid Box. The Kid Box is packed full of puzzles, dry erase boards/markers, crayons, construction paper, scissors, games, etc. for kids of every age. There are also lots of books for children. We furnish a stroller, pack-and-play, and a high chair, if needed. We also have two Bumbos with food trays. Casa del Sol has an abundance of beach toys for the kids. For your pleasure, a two-man kayak complete with life jackets and five bicycles are also provided.

Your group will love the prime location of Casa del Sol. It is located directly to the south of "The Fives" on the north side of town. The amble into town is about 12 minutes. For such a small village, Puerto Morelos has amazing restaurants that are all casual and reasonably priced.

The property is managed by Roberto, who also manages Casita Blanca. He and his wife, Selene, are always ready to help make your vacation experience an extraordinary one. Caretakers, Adrian, Enrique, Alex and Rosy, cater to your every need. Rosy will clean twice during your stay and Adrian, Alex & Enrique maintain the pool daily as well as the abundance of tropical flowers that keep the property looking like an island paradise.
