10 day stay

This is my 3rd stay at this condo and again, we enjoyed it very much. It has everything we needed, spacious and very comfortable furniture, including beds. I hope to return again next year.

We LOVED everything about this property! The neighbors were wonderful also! It was so beautiful and clean. The only thing we did not like about this property was that we had to leave early to beat the snow and ice so we did not have to drive through an icy Atlanta, GA.

1.The washing machine and dryer made incredibly loud noises and unstable 2.The dryers door lining was peeling off sad rusty. 3.There were only three rolls of toilet paper for three people’s staying for six days. We had to go buy more because it wasn’t enough. 4.The table lamp in the living room was unusable because the outlet was dangerous the outlet was coming loose from the wall. 5.The table lamp in the first-floor bedroom was unusable because the switch was broken. 6. The hairdryer was broken.

We needed a way to separate!

Staying at a home is way better for us than any regular hotel room! This townhome had a great downstairs room/bath for the grandparents who didn’t need to climb stairs and then 3 beds within the 2 bedrooms upstairs for the rest of our family. We enjoyed the quiet area and private pool as well as the community pool and snack bar. Plus, having a full kitchen allowed us to eat before going to the parks to save money. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Overall our stay was satisfactory. Having happily stayed at Windsor Palms in the past, we were a bit drawn back by the initial esthetics upon approach. The windows were not clean, there was tape on the windows and what appeared to be spider webs, insects, and rust at the door. That was a drain on enthusiasm and a question on what the inside might look like. Upon entering there were signs of age which could be overcome with a few upgrades. There was hair in the kitchen, floors and tubs. The towels were not properly cleaned, stained and hair was found. We were able to overcome the towels by going to the Walmart, buying laundry detergent and washing the towels.The cleanliness may not be attributable to the owner but instead the management company.Otherwise we made due.

Perfect location to theme parks. Mostly perfect stay. Make sure to read entire booking info. If you go during cold months the pool is useless. You have to ask for (and pay a fee) well in advance of your stay for the pool to be heated. Which is fine, and I would have done so but that information is so far down that I’m sure I’m not the only guest to miss that. The sprinklers also came on right when we got back from the parks at night and we got blasted by them. In the cold. Otherwise great stay. It was very roomy and cozy. Beautifully decorated. Minor things like wet rugs left in the washer. The washer being off track because of the rugs. Some dirty dishes. Oh and the only other thing I found bothersome (as a mother on vacation) was that you have to wash all the towels and fold and put them away and you have to start doing the bedding. No one wants to do laundry like that on vacation ESPECIALLY moms. Overall I would stay again because the family loved it. I would ask for the pool to be heated and I would bring my own towels!

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. Two items to note: 1. Be prepared to pay for the use of the pool table and video games in the club house. Unlike other condos we have stayed at, these are not free. 2. We typically keep our home at 68 degrees - the lowest temp allowed is 72 degrees which makes for uncomfortable evenings, even with the doors open as specified.

Nice rental for 3 couples or a family

This was a nice rental. It served us well and we had a good time overall. Pros- Good location, private bath for each of the 3 bedrooms and the area was quiet. Cons- Not much to complain about, it could use some updates, but the price was great for what we did get. A few complaints from some in the group about the pool temp, but it was stated as preset and unable to be increased, so I knew this when I booked-just be aware on cooler nights it isn't super warm. There were tiny ants in the kitchen, but having stayed in many Florida rentals, this is pretty common. I kept any food off the counters, out of the sink and was sure to wipe up any crumbs or spills right away. Would recommend keeping all food in the fridge, or tucked in the microwave, and wash the dishes promptly-because those tiny ants can get into everything. Again, not really a con, more advice. We did have a great time and wouldn't hesitate to rent again. Thanks!

This place had everything our family needed and was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again! They also had extras like storage containers for leftovers when you coolnfor the family, etc. Which was very useful. They had a pack and play and highchair...everything was great!

Great condo, terrible reservation process

The condo itself was very nice. Kitchen upgraded beyond pictures. Plenty of space. Small cocktail pool which was very nice but unfortunately too cold to use. Beds comfortable and trash is collected by the property which was nice. I walked the entire neighborhood daily. This condo is very close to the Margaritaville area. Plenty of dining options. My only complaint was the process following the booking. I had to print off the 13 page contract, fill it out, sign it and fax it back with a copy of my credit card and drivers license. I thought that was extremely inconvenient given this is 2020. Only other thing to mention is that the AC unit is capped at 72 degrees. It was October during my stay and max temps were mid 80s but I could see 72 not being cool enough in the summer, especially the upstairs bedrooms were pretty warm.

We mention in our Terms & Conditions that you would need to sign and return the booking form along with completing the credit card verification process (credit card verification process is only required for bookings made with less than 45 days until their arrival date). We do not hide any of this from potential guests. We do allow the A/C to only go as low as 72 degrees to prevent the A/C from working too hard and breaking down. I can assure you (along with many of our prior guests) that 72 degrees is plenty cool enough in the house and is extremely comfortable. We look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Great gated community close to all parks

Great stay! 2.5 miles to Disney. Awesome location. Very clean, cute townhome. The enclosed pool is a plus. Kitchen is well appointed with every utensil you need if you desire to cook your own meals. We would stay again!

Great property to relax after visiting the theme parks

The property is close to the theme parks. Gated community and felt secure. Enjoyed the pool after walking all day in the heat. The digital door lock was a nice convenience.
