Newly renovated home with many inclusions such unlimited internet, air-conditioning throughout plus a laundry. Designed with outdoor living in mind with outdoor entertaining patio, outdoor shower and toilet. Close walking distance to the beach, cafes and parks. Large fully fenced backyard.
Everything you need is just a short walk away 200m walk to the main beach and cafes 200m walk to the park with a playground, skatepark and basketball court 200m walk to the IGA and other shopping outlets Short drive to Bribie Island Shopping centre which includes Woolworths, Target and more Sylvan beach along Bongaree, the bayside is also a nice place for a picnic. Experience exciting regular events held at Sandstone Point Hotel just 10 minutes drive away. Approx 30mins to Australia Zoo
