Dundundra Villa - the perfect family getaway!
Perched on an elevated block, this two-story villa has a picturesque outlook over Clifton Springs and Corio Bay, and is an ideal bayside retreat for the whole family to enjoy!
A games room for the kids complete with TV, bean bags, basketball hoop arcade game, table tennis, board games, colouring activities and a giant Connect Four!
The adults can enjoy relaxing on the deck area with BBQ and outdoor dining or the upstairs open living space with balcony and views over Clifton Springs!
This is a double story villa. Downstairs you will find the amazing games room for the kids, a bunk room with 2 x bunks plus a trundle bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed plus the main bathroom with large shower and a gorgeous spa bath!!
Upstairs is the open plan living space with bi-fold doors that open out to the balcony. Well equipped, modern kitchen, including coffee machine with pods and dining space. The spacious master bedroom with ceiling fan, king size bed, walk in robe, and a huge ensuite complete with a double vanity and large shower.
Ducted heating and reverse cycle air-con upstairs.
Smart Tv's and WiFi.
Laundry includes washing machine and dryer.
Linen and towels provided. Please BYO beach towels.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: parking is NOT available onsite; cars will need to park on the street
This property is set up for family groups and couples only, strictly no parties. We love pets but do not allow pets at this time. This is a quiet neighbourhood and we appreciate guests keeping quiet between 10pm and 8am.
*Clifton Springs is a lovely, quiet and friendly beachside neighbourhood. We do have elderly neighbours. No loud noise. No parties. Not suitable for schoolies.
*Clifton Springs has a safe boat harbour with 3 boat ramps, 5 minutes from home.
*Safe clean swimming beaches. Clifton Springs was rated one of the cleanest beaches in Victoria.
*Local Supermarkets Liquor store and take away restaurants close by in Drysdale an easy 5 min drive.
*The Bellarine Peninsula is home to so many great wineries and restaurants.
*Easy access to Victoria's best surfing locations, Ocean Grove, Torquay, Bells Beach, Point Impossible.
*Great base to explore the Great Ocean Rd or a day trip to Lorne .
*Catch the Ferry from Portarlington to Melbourne City, or catch Ferry from Queenscliff and go to Sorrento for the day.
*Have fun at Adventure Water Park at Wallington.

DUNDUNDRA VILLA
GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.
CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 11am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys.
UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.
PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may ocurr. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules.
LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee.
YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm. Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required. Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.
