From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel as if you’ve arrived in paradise…

Our Summerland home is a luxury getaway that is perfect for a family that is looking for the amenities of a resort and the comforts of home. Experience views of beautiful Okanagan Lake while your floating in our private outdoor pool, a luxury chef’s kitchen with everything you need to feel at home and a beautiful living room for you and your family to enjoy.

For the wine lovers- this home is minutes from our favorite wineries such as Generation 8, Dirty Laundry and more.

For outdoor enthusiasts – there are many nearby hikes such as Giant’s head, as well as the Trans Canada trail where you can cycle or hike. The home is only a 45-minute drive to Apex Ski Mountain and 1.5 hours to Big White Ski Mountain.

If you are planning on doing some shopping the home is a 10-minute drive to Penticton and a 30-minute lakeside drive to West Kelowna.

As you enter the home, you are greeted with a stunning open concept space with 10ft floor to ceiling windows. The retractable glass doors open to a million-dollar view of the lake.

There is ample living space with a 75” picture frame TV, spacious sectional, dining table that seats 10 people – plenty of room for your family to enjoy time and conversations together. The island has seating for 4 people and a bar where you can mix up your favorite cocktails.

The kitchen is equipped with a 8 burner Wolfe Stove with 2 ovens and top of the line appliances – Wolfe blender, Wolfe coffee maker, Wolfe toaster etc. Plenty of space to cook some delicious dinners.

The primary bedroom has 11ft floor to ceiling windows and a covered deck overlooking the lake. The room has a king bed, spa-like ensuite with heated floors, tub, walk in shower, private washroom, and a big walk-in closet all overlooking the lake. The entire primary room is equipped with electronic Lutron blinds. The pillows and duvet are feather and down to provide the most comfort in all bedrooms.

The 2nd guestroom has a queen bed and a small desk. The 3rd room has built-in bunkbeds (two queens on the bottom and 2 twins on top.) On the main floor you will find the 4th guestroom that has a beautiful ensuite, desk and a 55” TV.

There is a washer and dryer on both floors.

Great property. Very well appointed.

The house is very, very nice. Really quite amazing. All high end appliances, finishes, etc. Incredible views of the lake and mountains. My wife was really impressed with how thoughtfully it was stocked with utensils and other items and well labeled everything was. I can’t recommend this his place highly enough. Just please don’t book it on the weeks we will be back in Penticton. ;)

This place is the best of the best. Luxury, comfort, fun, practical, and everything you would ever want in a home away from home. The host was amazing and prompt in answering any of my messages. They were very accommodating of needs. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The pool was incredible. The home itself is one of the nicest homes I’ve ever been in. You really must stay here if you are coming to the okanogan. It’s the best of the best. No complaints whatsoever.

Luxury Stay

The location is perfect. You have a sense of calm when you walk out on to the patio and see the lakeshore. It was a easy drive to the Kangaroo Creek Farm in Kelowna. Everyone enjoyed their rooms and the amenities. The tiered pool was perfect for the little ones. The Kettle Valley Steam Train was a few minutes away and was a hit. Our 2 year old grandson kept asking to eat outdoors and on our way home asked if we could go back to the house now.

Fantastic Property

We booked this property for a family vacation with our two daughters, sons in law and 2 year old grandson and had an incredible stay. The home has the feel of a 5 star hotel with everything that you could possibly need during your stay, beautiful appliances, plenty of dishes / glassware / linens and supplies. It is impressively clean and well organized with lots of nice touches; enough dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, paper towel, etc for the entire stay. Lots of nice spaces to visit, entertain and really relax. We spent several nights around the outdoor and created some great memories. The photos in the listing don’t do it justice it is spectacular Communication with the host was excellent through the process and even the neighbours were friendly and welcoming. Can’t say enough good things about our stay and this home.

Beautiful, relaxing home!

My mom, myself, and my 3 grown daughters (18, 19, and 23) rented this house to celebrate my youngest’s graduation. The house is beautiful, immaculate, and furnished with only the best quality kitchen gear and appliances. The beds were so comfortable, with high quality linens. We appreciated the pantry items that were available, such as seasonings. We love to cook and that range is spectacular. The outside area and pool were lovely. We enjoyed ourselves so much! My graduate daughter had the master bedroom and ensuite as our guest of honour and it was so gorgeous. Those windows overlooking the lake- incredible! My mom has mobility issues and the downstairs bedroom and ensuite were very comfortable for her. The couple of very minor concerns we had were resolved right away. Excellent hosts! Thank you so much for hosting us at your lovely home, Julia! We hope to return one day!
