After a long day of adventure enjoy the spacious living area which has plenty of plush seating and generous views of the gulf. Extending your indoor living space outdoors is your private balcony, which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico—a great spot for conversation, watching the gorgeous gulf sunsets, and making long lasting memories. The dining table has enough space for six people plus three more at the breakfast bar. The fully functional kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, and an array of cooking amenities for your daily use.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen-sized bed from which the gorgeous gulf views can be enjoyed. The main bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom which includes a walk-in shower. Down the hall, the guest bedroom features two twin sized beds and an attached full bathroom with an all tile, tub/shower combo. Downstairs is an additional half bathroom for your convenience.

The location was great! We enjoyed our week at the house. I was disappointed the washer needed repair and I wasn’t notified before my trip. The house was clean and comfortable.

Beach Condo Spring Break

Location was great, layout was perfect for our family, the house did have a very musty oder that was not pleasant. Loved the view and access to the beach

The main reason to stay at this property is location, location, location. The beach views are spectacular and you have two decks to enjoy the ocean waves. The kitchen was well stocked and had nice dishes and glassware. The appliances worked well. The master bed was comfortable and the bathrooms spacious for a rental. A few areas that need attention: there is a musty order when you first enter, we purchased air freshener and sprayed the condo three times during our stay. The towels and linens should be replaced. Also, there are no beach towels provided, which is unusual. Finally, the furniture could use updating. The pictures reflect a mid-century modern décor, but I believe the furniture is original. The couch is uncomfortable, and the dining room cramped – enough seating for nine, however, the condo only sleeps four. For the price, I would rent somewhere else.

Yeah, needs much improvement

You will get location but this is not a property you want to spend your money with until they fix BIG problems. When we arrived, we noticed the musty smell described in a previous review. That means something. On day 5, water leaked into the kitchen. I spent some time on this and was offered 10% on the remaining stay noting we could not use the master bedroom bath. Fine even though I wanted out and was told nope. On day 8, a massive leak sprung in the living room during a storm. Note both of these areas had previous repair work. We left and I honestly didnt care about the money at this point because my child’s health is more important than money. I had to book the remainder of our vacation inland due to lack of vacancy on the beach. I was offered a refund for the remainder of the stay so I appreciate not having to fight but this generally ruined our vacation. Until this owner decides to fix problems, it is better to spend money elsewhere so your vacation is not spent handling what appears to be recurring problems at this particular location. Also note, you do have guests below so townhouse is a tiny bit inaccurate for a description.

Pelican Point Stay

I would like to give an honest review... Overall this unit adequate. The location is great, the views are fabulous and we enjoyed watching dolphins and of course the pelicans (hence the condo name). The unit has a great layout, 2 bedrooms upstairs with individual bathrooms. A third half bath is located on the main level for convenience. The kitchen is well equipped, I like to cook, so everything is there. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and storage containers (the refrigerator filter needs to be replaced, that light was on). The reason that we give our stay an overall rating of 3 is that this unit is in need of updating. The master bath wallpaper is peeling and the shower is moldy. Broken or missing mirror pieces, the towels are old and the bedding needs to be addressed. No mattress cover and the sheets barely fit the mattress. The guest bedroom is need of a new mattress. Our adult son wanted to sleep on the floor because the mattress was very uncomfortable (his words were: you sleep like a taco). The awnings are ripped, screen doors are bend and some windows don't function. I questioned also the overall cleanliness. Please feel free to reach out for more information. Again, we loved the layout and the location. I would come back if this place would be better taken care of. Sincerely, Petra
