Enjoy a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, three TVs, DVD player, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and central HVAC. Step onto the private balcony for peaceful waterway views. Community amenities include two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, hot tub, sundeck, grill area, and a boat dock for guest use. Non-smoking and no pets. No motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts. Max parking: 2 cars. Weekly rentals only. A great spot for a quiet, scenic getaway.
