LOCATION: Only a mile away from the French Quarter, home to some of the best bars and restaurants in New Orleans, The Lola by Roami is also just a block away from the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, making it great for both work and play. Elevate your stay at The Lola with convenient access to our sister property, The Brandywine, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated rooftop pool from 8am to 9pm daily, just a short 16 min walk away.

The Space:
The property is just a 5 minute drive from the Central Business District. Make the most out of your time at The Lola, the perfect home base for exploring the Big Easy. Each newly renovated space comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, our patented memory foam Nest Beds, and a 4K Smart TV in each bedroom and living room.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. The exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOM: This property sleeps 10 guests in 4 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym and lobby.

LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Laundry is free to use.
2. Located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway.
3. There is a sign on the main floor indicating the location of the laundry room.

Street parking is Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Prices are provided at the time of parking, and free street parking is on Sunday.

Great location for New Orleans city life

We were near Bourbon Street and surrounding restaurants/sights. We could walk everywhere in a timely manner.

You will not be disappointed!

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. The place was clean and had several rooms to fit me and my group of 11 comfortably. Everything about this place was perfect. It was quiet (and we were there for NCAA Final Four weekend so expected it to be rowdy here) and it had everything we needed! More than enough towels and even had extra towels in the lobby for us. I woke up with a massive headache one morning and there was a machine in the lobby that had ibuprofen for me. The place is a good 20-25 minute walk to Bourbon Street, so our group took Ubers, but I will say none of us ended up wanting to go back to Bourbon Street after the first night so it worked out for us! Not only that, they gave us an early check in which helped a lot because we went in a group of 11 and we all arrived much earlier. Again, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in NOLA. You will not be disappointed!
