The condo is spacious, loved 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Beds were very comfortable and A/C and water pressure was excellent. The location was fabulous for what we needed and felt very secure. Definitely would recommend.

Wonderful stay!

I would highly recommend this place to others. It's in a great location and wasn't too loud which was fantastic. The location helped us get walking everyday. The host is wonderful and really helped us with check in and out.

Great location. It felt very central. Rarely more than a mile or so to walk to most places. Perfect set up for 2 couples traveling together. Jason (host) was very communicative, helpful and flexible! We appreciated his help. I did communicate directly with him that the carpet should be cleaned or replaced. Beyond that a 10/10 stay. Thank you.

The property was ok for a brief stay. Easy to access and the check in process worked well. The parking is not secure. It is open (not gated) parking next to the building. As there don’t seem to be many tenants, our vehicle was the only one in the parking lot over night. The unit was well worn and could use a deep cleaning, new towels, sheets, carpet cleaning etc. There was a significant leak in the laundry room which the host never acknowledged at any point even though I sent 2 messages about it. I can only assume he didn’t care. The neighborhood was deserted at night but close to everywhere we needed to get to by car. Overall a rental that could benefit from some TLC.

Parking was good (once we figured out the drives), location was great for us. It was an easy walk to the WWII museum and the trolley stop. As for the interior, security was excellent and very little hallway noise. Unfortunately I can’t say it was quiet outside, especially on trash day (which was twice while we were there), having a 4:30 am service time!). The ice maker didn’t work so we ended up buying ice and the furniture was pretty tired. All in all it was a nice place and location but the furniture wasn’t very comfortable.

Great location lots of restaurants in the area , Rouse grocery store is a short walk maybe 5 minutes star bucks located inside of store . Superdome is walking distance .Very clean easy access , walls are super thin , floors are as well, Condo gives New Orleans warehouse feel . Overall it was a great stay . I’m a local resident, location is great for just about everything.

Clean and very well located to everything. Carpet is stained and might consider a deep cleaning or replacement. Missing minor items like a spatula and can opener. Ice machine in fridge doesn't work but, overall I would stay here again and again. Close enough to the French Quarter to enjoy but, distant when your out.
